This review is for their customer service and customer commitment, especially from Brian P. We bought covers for our furniture, and the salesperson sold us the wrong style for our "L" shaped seating unit. When we came back with the covers to return them, Brian helped us. He took back the old covers and gave us, at no additional charge, the covers we needed, even though they were more money. He said that their salesperson should have known better and that they would make this right. They were missing one section of the zip together cover unit, and Brian has been chasing the manufacturer to get this free cover piece for us, and updating us on the expected delivery. They have way bigger and better customers than us, but Brian is all over making this right for us. Lots of companies are good on the front end, when you're about to hand them money, but not many are good afterwards. Well, Clover is very dedicated to making your whole experience great. Our experience with Clover has been great. Thank you, Brian!
