I spoke to other companies that flat out said they don't do repairs. The house was newly purchased and we needed to repair the fence and move the gates back ASAP to secure our dog. We shared this information with John the owner and he totally understand. The fence was repaired and the gate was moved back and secured perfectly. When it is time to get a whole new fence we will definitely call them. Their professionalism was 100% the work was awesome, and the communication was easy.

In a world where no one can be relied upon, Axis Builders shows up on time, when they say they will, and they do what they say they will do. In a world of jerks, Axis Builders are nice! I found Axis Builders on Yelp when I was looking for someone to build a wooden fence for my back yard. They were very communicative during the pre-build process when we tried to map out where the fence would go. A couple days before construction was to begin, I noticed that they had called 811 and had had the area flagged for underground wires (again, they are on the ball). The fence looks amazing! My neighbors across the street, seeing how speedy and nice the fence went in, walked over and got Axis's card for to build their deck. And another neighbor, seeing my pictures online, also will hire Axis to build a fence. To say that I am happy with the service is an understatement. The whole process was stress-free with no drama.

Guy came out was very nice and…read moreI thought price was ok...slightly high but our insurance would be covering it so it was doable. Signed a paper and told him was waiting for the money to come in and would give him a call in a week or two. He stated in the meantime he would order materials so everything would be ready to go. Called two weeks later to let him know everything was ready to go and he stated he'd give me a call when his secretary was back in the office who does scheduling. Never called. Called two days later and he stated same thing and said he'd call back in an hour. Never called me again. Called the next day....same story. So at this point I'd rather go where my money is wanted and have good customer service. This place only showed me that they are not consistent and I won't waste my time doing business with them. Just weird overall. I don't recommend using this company.
