I emailed them for the latest quote- and also checked with 3 other companies. They were competitive/low (3 others were higher and another the same price) so that was good. They email you to schedule based on the weather each week. They gave me a 2 day heads up to have the cars out of the driveway by 7 AM. The crew of 3 men showed up at 8:15- they edged the grass on the driveway and blew it off. I watched them seal the driveway- they were thorough and quick- they have done a few of these I can tell. My driveway is 3 cars wide- 53' long. They were done in 15-20 minutes! They put a green cone at the end of the driveway to keep vehicles off for a day or 2. Well worth having Manel do it vs. buying the sealer and brush and wasting a pair of pants and sneakers.

From their beginning prep work cleaning and removing all debris from the area they're going to work on right up to the actual sealing. They worked in a timely fashion and took care of every part of the parking lot getting it ready. From there they did a prep coat of sealer by hand of the the entire parking lot. After it dried, they brought in the spray tanker and went over the entire parking lot. It was a huge parking lot. After that, their line and handicap spray machine was brought in to finish the parking lot. It was a precision job very well done. Manel is a well run company handling both residential and commercial property sealing.

Well, long story short it got paved the week befor Thanksgiving. Thats to late in the year. Half the driveway came out like crap. I called with my concerns and was polite and patient the whole time. He said it was the quality of the ashfalt and sometimes that happened. He offered to seal coat for no charge later the following year. I was satisfied with that. After a few months into summer I sent him a text asking if he was still going to do it . He said he had not forgot about me. Never showed. Be careful! He came to look at the sidewalk, gave me a reasonable quote, and the sidewalk job was completed a week later. Toby and his crew worked hard all day and did an excellent job, leaving us with a beautiful new sidewalk. We have hired him to come back in about a month to reseal our driveway, and I am sure Toby and his crew will do a great job with that also. These are good people who work hard and do excellent work!
