I was referred to Adam and his fine company by a gentleman who does MANY landscaping and design for pools/yards/commercial businesses. His recommendation was the BEST. Direct Irrigation was Professional and friendly right from the start. My appointment with Adam was a delight and easy to discuss to properly address my watering needs for a difficult yard due to various bushes/shrubs/trees and grass needing constant care. We discussed our requirements and Adam explained EVERYTHING so we Knew that it would be a good experience. I had a good idea what the cost was going to be and Adam came in right around the "number" I anticipated. We agreed on the time and price and Adam's team showed up right on time as expected. Adam's "State of the Art" equipment laid down all the tubing with limited disruption to our mature lawn and all were completed within 1 day. RESPONSE TIME: FYI... I've called Adam several times to ask about the APP on my phone to run the system (really a great APP)... and he or one of his team has responded within an hour or less. GREAT Service company... I live in a town house project in Victor, New York. John Welch was contracted by our HOA to provide…read moresnow plowing services for the 2024 season for driveways and roads. I have two complaints against John Welch. First his plowing services is horrible. They come well after the snow has stopped so that vehicle traffic packs down the snow in the driveways and roads creating icy roads and driveways for days after a snowfall. Secondly One of John Welch's snow plow operators struck my home with his plow in early February. I've been working through my HOA to get them to repair the damage to my vinyl siding the snow plow operator created. It is now mid April 2025 and to date No One from John Welch has personally contacted me about the repairs. The HOA has told me that John Welch will have been on site several times and will make the repairs. To date the extent of the repair is that John Welch has brought a piece of siding to my home two weeks ago threw it on my lawn and has never provided an ETA for the repair to me or the HOA. In my opinion this is no way to conduct a business. All I can say is Buyer Beware! John Welch is not an honest reputable business!
