August of 2023, i replaced my 109 year old water line and buried the electric and cable lines. A lot of digging and trenching left an already aging driveway in terrible shape. Gravel had to be added before the paving began. This was only a section of driveway that had to be replaced, the apron at the bottom of the driveway was repaved after NYSEG replaced the gas line. The crew that showed up was most impressive, Tim the owner, William, Quincy, Molique, Marty and Brittany. Everyone knew their job and when finished with their task would step up and help their co workers. I can't say enough about the quality of the job and the professionalism of the crew at AAA Asphalt Solutions and whole heartily recommend them. some before and after photos

I appreciate you taking the time to respond. And this is a reply to your response which is…read moreimportant for full transparency. I just wanted to clarify my experience -- short and simple- you confirmed an appt you didn't keep and then decided not to accept a project/work further because my tone of frustration (of which your lack of communications was the root cause ) was not acceptable. You say you "value mutual respect and clear communication in every client relationship. " Unfortunately, you didn't even communicate until I contacted you to ask if you were still coming. You left me waiting without notification so that's already contradictory to what you value. Management then chose not to continue to work with me because they felt the tone and nature of response was not acceptable after an apology The truth is...No one called to apologize or acknowledge the no show until after I called. You can't expect to gain respect if you don't give it. Although you had an emergency at 7am (our scheduled appt was 10am), it doesn't take more than 5 sec to send a quick message to cancel. You had 3 hours to cancel an appt you couldn't make. So it is for the same reason that I prefer not to work with your company. I also value respect and clear communication which did not occur with your tone and lack of accountability in how you handled the matter. Hopefully this feedback will help future prospective clients. And best of luck to Hub Chan Remodeling. I didn't have a chance to experience their excellent work as others have yelped but hope others get to. Just confirm your appt ahead of time.
