We've found that the sun-shelf is a perfect place to sit back and relax as we watch the sunset each summer evening. The team at Precision are so helpful and efficient when they service the pool for the opening day and in early October when it's time to close it for the season.

A good friend suggested we check out Krossber Brothers for a new hot tub, we wanted to extend our deck and add a hot tub at the new place. We…read moretook our power pack to the store and it took over 6 months to get our power pack back due to parts not being available. Ever since then I've been asking for someone to come to my house to set the tub back up because whenever I did it, it would leak from the power pack. After many phone calls, requests, going to the store, we still haven't been able to get someone to come to our house to set up the tub. Customer service is terrible and for that reason I will not be recommending this brand. There is nobody to service it. We paid quite a bit of money to have this tub, to update our power pack and will be without its use for over 18 months. Terrible.

I guess when I see the Leslie store in my area listed on Yelp as a "pool service and repair" I assumed it was. ‍
