Called the next day and they said I would have the pricing within the next few hours. The next day they said they were having trouble getting the pricing from the manufacturer. I asked them if they could call versus waiting for an email and they said no. They then said who ever told me 4 weeks was wrong and they were out 10-12 weeks. Hmmmm the whole reason I scheduled a quote was based on 4 weeks. The guy that did the quote said 4 weeks was good. Attitude of the office manger (hope she is the owners wife) was horrible. If she worked for me she would not have made it to lunch. Another suggestion on professionalism would be to not have kids screaming in the background while you take a call from a customer.
