It's one thing to drive like an ass in a snowstorm, weaving through…read moretraffic and quite literally driving multiple people to being within inches of driving off of the road, but it's another thing to do it in a company vehicle. I have no respect for people who don't even have enough respect for their own business to represent it professionally. Why would I ever bother entertaining the idea of doing business with someone who does not put any careful consideration into something as basic as driving; something as simple as being mindful of your own surroundings. Doesn't really give me any faith that they'd be at all mindful of doing the job right.

I accepted the estimate; then they said they could not get my job done until spring. I should have immediately moved on to another contractor; instead I waited until spring. March 1, 2021, I called to find out where I fit in their schedule. They had the nerve to tell me they would NOT HONOR THEIR ESTIMATE due to price increases AND their "best guess" would be 7-8 months before they could do the job. I immediately called Lowes and Lowes estimate was more than $1,000 less and completed a great job 4 weeks later. If you still think you want to use Best Construction, insist on a price guarantee, deadline completion date, and refundable deposit for cancellation. You can do better elsewhere.

Not all the work was done at one time, over the years their pricing, workers and quality were top notch. The work performed stood the test of time and continues to look and work as new many years after. Highly recommended.
