We bought covers for our furniture, and the salesperson sold us the wrong style for our "L" shaped seating unit. When we came back with the covers to return them, Brian helped us. He took back the old covers and gave us, at no additional charge, the covers we needed, even though they were more money. He said that their salesperson should have known better and that they would make this right. They were missing one section of the zip together cover unit, and Brian has been chasing the manufacturer to get this free cover piece for us, and updating us on the expected delivery. They have way bigger and better customers than us, but Brian is all over making this right for us. Lots of companies are good on the front end, when you're about to hand them money, but not many are good afterwards. Well, Clover is very dedicated to making your whole experience great. The automated electronic message at the end of my "quote request" stated that someone would contact me within 2 hours. In minutes I received an impersonal printed message asking me to call their 800 number. So I did. The person answering my call again asked me to describe the repair I needed. He then said pool service calls are not available in my area. He said it's simply a store/showroom. I guess when I see the Leslie store in my area listed on Yelp as a "pool service and repair" I assumed it was. ‍

I went to that store and there were 4 people standing at the parts department that were extremely helpful in trying to fix my issue. I told them that the tub froze and the pipe cracked and I needed some fittings and hose to repair it. They looked at my drawing and then took me into the parts department to give me exactly what I needed and to cut a piece of hose in the length that I wanted. They got me all the fittings and their repair technician came in and asked what I was doing and I explained to him and he gave me some very good ideas on how to repair it myself and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for any of your pool or Spa needs or repairs. I was very impressed with their friendliness and service.

There is rarely senior staff available to advise you on pool/water issues. Also, my neighbor purchased a pool from them recently and has not been able to use it, because she can't get the ladder in it correctly. Petis contracted out the installation (they do not install themselves unless it is an inground pool) and neither the contractor or Petis will send anyone out to install the ladder and make sure her pool is step up properly and her pool usable.
