I left a voice message over Memorial weekend anticipating I would get a call back after the holiday. I did, but I missed the call. Called back later in the day and left another message. I didn't hear back until a couple of days later. I spoke with Sherry who seemed friendly and down-to-earth. Scheduled for Scott to come the next morning. The next morning came but no one showed up. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I waited an hour before calling to follow up. Of course, no one answers so I leave a message. Never received a call back to this day and it has been a week. I have never had an experience where a business didn't want business. Mind-blown. Look elsewhere. Definitely call someone who answers and wants the job.

QUALITY WORK. GREAT PRICE…read more Marshall Exteriors provides quality work and friendly customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure the job is done correctly. We ordered gutters for our home - Dripaway Gutters, an extension of Marshall's - and were quoted an excellent price. Even with recent storms our area had received, we were able to get on the schedule quickly. Our gutters were installed in a few days due to the size of house and it looks like our home got a complete facelift. They were clean and efficient with clean up of old materials - we had old gutter attachments still on the house in certain areas, and they disposed of it with ease. Our home looks beautiful and the gutters worked wonders at helping dry out our basement.

Luckily, it stopped raining…read more I called TG about 10 pm and he showed up first thing in the morning and took pictures of the problem. The picture showed the skylight frame separated and he fixed/repaired. Using his underlayment paper and my roofing shingles left over from a reroofing job performed 8 years ago, he tore out the old paper and reshingled. TG also installed a bathroom exhaust the same day. Very happy with the immediate service and extra work TG performed. We've several downpours since then and no problems. Very fair prices without gouging because of my circumstances.

Luckily, I found Luis, who came the same day. He immediately cleared the clog and cleaned out all of the gutters thoroughly. It was a massive relief to not have to worry about the overflow causing water intrusion while waiting two weeks for someone to come and resolve it! Thanks, Luis!

He came out and inspected the outside and was able to not only give us a quote (which compared to market price was under cost) but told us honestly he wouldn't have to replace our patch job, which I appreciated as it shows he isn't out to rack up additional cost. He also hauled away all of the old gutter material as part of the already reasonable cost. We had seamless gutters done and my family was even commenting on them when they came over last weekend, it looks great!
