I believe they offered to let us take samples home to try them out, but we made our choice in store. My husband and I chose a wood look flooring by Coretec for its easy to clean nature and resistance to dog scratches. The flooring itself did take quite a while to come in - like 8 months or so - but this was not Christie Carpet's fault (supply chain issues!) and they called me every few months with an update. My install took an entire business day (a nice excuse to take off of work) and the installers were friendly and professional. We are extremely happy with our new floor and I highly recommend Christie for your flooring needs!

My wife and I are happy with the turnout! I purchased new flooring from Bills and just had it installed. The installers, Chris and Tommy from Veteran Pro LVP Flooring, did an excellent, professional job. I highly recommend the installers. They get 5-stars Bills' direct sales team and schedulers lack customer responsiveness once the sale has been made and paid for! There is no follow-up or callback when leaving messages or needing questions answered. The floors and carpet have been installed for over a month. They had to come back out to requote the stairs that we had already paid to be sanded and turned out like crap; been over three weeks still waiting. After follow-up call number two last Friday(5/16), I was told the treads came in, and I should get a call on that day or Monday. Today is 5/22, and there is still no call to schedule the installation; a third call/text-out has been made, and we are waiting! It's embarrassing to have people come over!

I got the quote back in a day or two and he suggested custom wood floor vents to match the floor. Dave did an amazing job installing it. I had all the ceramic tile and carpet pulled and did new 6" white base with 1/4 round shoe molding throughout. The mitre cuts Dave did were amazing not a gap to be found anywhere. And he did some amazing cuts around my kitchen cabinets so my doors would open against the base. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
