The guy who came out and did our stairs did an awesome job; I highly recommend him! I changed my rating to 5 stars based on how professional everything turned out and how well it was addressed! My wife and I are happy with the turnout! I purchased new flooring from Bills and just had it installed. The installers, Chris and Tommy from Veteran Pro LVP Flooring, did an excellent, professional job. I highly recommend the installers. They get 5-stars Bills' direct sales team and schedulers lack customer responsiveness once the sale has been made and paid for! There is no follow-up or callback when leaving messages or needing questions answered. The floors and carpet have been installed for over a month. They had to come back out to requote the stairs that we had already paid to be sanded and turned out like crap; been over three weeks still waiting. After follow-up call number two last Friday(5/16), I was told the treads came in, and I should get a call on that day or Monday. Today is 5/22, and there is still no call to schedule the installation; a third call/text-out has been made, and we are waiting! It's embarrassing to have people come over!

We spoke with John and he agreed to come over to our home that same day to measure. We returned to the store to pick out our flooring and schedule the floor install. John spent a lot of time going over different products and made them fit into our budget. The crew arrived 4 days later to do the install. They were running a bit behind and called to let us know, which shows they are responsible. They were very friendly and professional and took pride in their work. We discussed a change to be made to the back entrance and they fixed it right on the spot to our complete satisfaction. We were very happy with the whole process. We would use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing flooring.

The building is somewhat old, but their showroom is bright and well put together. A gentleman attended to us immediately and took time to explain all the various product. Overall I had a positive experience at Harman Floors and I would recommend checking the place out if you're thinking of redoing your floors.

Yelp doesn't steer us wrong so after reading through their positive views we called and scheduled. Bryan was easy to work with over the phone and even accommodated us when we needed to reschedule due to a family situation. Bryan and Jeff were on time, friendly, respectful, and did an amazing job on our kitchen, front foyer and back hallway. The before and after pictures truly tell the story. There was some dust, but not a lot. They did put up plastic sheets to minimize dust in the other areas. We did spend about 30 min vacuuming and dusting before we put everything back together and that really was not a big deal. So worth it and I feel like I might be ahead of schedule on my spring cleaning! We have a couple more rooms to do and we will schedule with them for sure!

My floor looked great when they finished. A month later I noticed a number of areas looked different. Some spots were shinny other areas looked dull. I thought it would eventually just blend together. I also noticed there were divots that looked like they need more fill. I called the sales person to get his opinion. No response. I reached out to service, and got a canned response to wait 3 days. No response. After 7 days I call the sales person who said he would reach out to the warranty team. They did call and we setup an appointment. They did not show up. I called Revamp, their corporate company who said they don't know all the service schedules and gave me another number to call. As of today I am still waiting. So far I would say they do not support post sales issues very well, if at all. Not sure what the next steps are.
