The installers, Chris and Tommy from Veteran Pro LVP Flooring, did an excellent, professional job. I highly recommend the installers. They get 5-stars Bills' direct sales team and schedulers lack customer responsiveness once the sale has been made and paid for! There is no follow-up or callback when leaving messages or needing questions answered. The floors and carpet have been installed for over a month. They had to come back out to requote the stairs that we had already paid to be sanded and turned out like crap; been over three weeks still waiting. After follow-up call number two last Friday(5/16), I was told the treads came in, and I should get a call on that day or Monday. Today is 5/22, and there is still no call to schedule the installation; a third call/text-out has been made, and we are waiting! It's embarrassing to have people come over!

I took the day off work and moved furniture and made all of the necessary preparations for the installation. The day before the scheduled installation, I called to confirm that everything was still on schedule, as I had not received a follow-up confirmation. I spoke with the owner, Kim, and simply asked that the installers wear shoe covers/booties when entering my home. I consider this a reasonable and common courtesy when workers are coming into someone's home, especially when furniture is being moved onto brand-new carpet. Unfortunately, Kim's response was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She told me that the installers were "not pigs" and would not be wearing booties. When I explained that I was uncomfortable with people walking through my home with outdoor shoes and then stepping onto the new carpet while moving my furniture, she stated that she was too busy to deal with it and immediately refunded my deposit and canceled my order. While I appreciate that my deposit was refunded promptly, the situation was extremely frustrating. I had taken an entire day off work, moved my furniture, and prepared my home, only to have the installation canceled the day before. I was then forced to start over and order through a larger commercial company. Weeks later, I still do not have my carpet. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that the customer service and professionalism were lacking. I understand that not every business can accommodate every request, but I believe there was a much more professional way to handle a simple and reasonable concern. Do not recommend. Also saved $200 with corporate carpet location.

Yelp doesn't steer us wrong so after reading through their positive views we called and scheduled. Bryan was easy to work with over the phone and even accommodated us when we needed to reschedule due to a family situation. Bryan and Jeff were on time, friendly, respectful, and did an amazing job on our kitchen, front foyer and back hallway. The before and after pictures truly tell the story. There was some dust, but not a lot. They did put up plastic sheets to minimize dust in the other areas. We did spend about 30 min vacuuming and dusting before we put everything back together and that really was not a big deal. So worth it and I feel like I might be ahead of schedule on my spring cleaning! We have a couple more rooms to do and we will schedule with them for sure!
