The work was scheduled for a few weeks later. The original estimate seemed high, but we agreed to the terms. The employee did a good job for the first day. Then we were told to complete the last project would require a change with a small increase in price to use some 4 x 4 instead of some 2 x 4 lumber.The work was completed on the second day by the employee and was satisfactory. The problem is when we received an $800 increase in the final bill. When we questioned why the final bill was increased by such a large amount, the owner did not give a reasonable explanation that we felt was acceptable . We reluctantly paid the final bill under protest.

They also called me 2x in 3 weeks to check in and make sure that we were OK and to see if there was anything they could help with. When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.
