As I understand it, it resells items people bought but for some reason or other didn't work out. As such, the stock changes fairly often and the prices are a bit reduced, but for practically new, unused things. I was also told the salespeople don't work on commission, so you won't be pressured to buy while you browse. You can also check their online catalog in-store if you don't find anything you like on the floor. I had a great experience shopping in-store. I was left alone to sit on the pieces I wanted to try for as long as I liked, because I was shopping for comfort, and when I made my purchase, I also got delivery for a small additional charge, which included the guys bringing my furniture to my walkup. Delivery was the next weekend, and they called ahead so I was ready for them, and it was very quick! The furniture came plastic wrapped so it didn't get scratched or banged up or the pillow lost. If you're looking for a couch or table set or bed, I'd recommend Unclaimed Freight.

Because I was in the process of selling my home and couldn't wait any longer, I was forced to repair the issue myself. It feels like once they knew I was short on time, they decided to ignore me, assuming I'd drop it. To make matters worse, they claim they have "no record" of the wood laminate flooring they installed for me in 2016, even though I've had ongoing problems with uneven planks popping up. Between the poor workmanship, broken promises, and total lack of follow-through, I've had one of the most frustrating experiences I can remember with a home contractor. The store is small but when I went in they had everything from low budget to expensive sets that were selling for half the price as the competetors. The set I chose was a Queen mattress and box, brand new with warranty and I paid a third of what I saw the same set at at a larger chain store. Delivery was within the same day and was done by a college student. These guys know what their doing to keep prices down. The older gentleman answered most of my questions and what he coudn't answer he called someone who could answer. The store is really small, it doesn't look like a furniture or mattress store from the outside so I had a little trouble finding it at first. I still come back to the prices!
