Sadly, I fell victim to this scam recently and was bilked out of $3,500+. Small claims court won't work in such a situation because bankruptcy is in federal court which supersedes. Where's the NY Attorney General? Buyer beware!

There were no price tags so we couldn't tell what we were trying. All in all it was a terrible experience and it was difficult to get away from the salesman and out of the store. When she chose a less expensive but comfortable model he told her, "You have made the best choice." The payment went quickly and the delivery was exactly as promised. Upon first entering the store, you will notice that NONE of the mattresses have prices listed on them. I think the store does this on purpose. The salesman immediately took me to the most expensive mattress (Tempurpedic) and insisted on financing, and was asking me about my credit and if he could "run it right now to see if I qualify for financing"... I had just entered the store!!!! Also, they continually asked "what other stores are you going to??" And demanded to know....and wouldn't let us leave the store... they kept saying "don't take too long to decide, these deals won't last long!" And things like that. It was very stressful. It honestly reminded me of buying a car! Would not recommend this particular store. They do not listen to your budget or your specific needs, and continually push a quick sale.

When the delivery people came, they didn't wipe their feet or wear booties like every other delivery people have. I was scrubbing mud off of my white chair while they were bringing in the other items. They saw me and said nothing. As they were carrying the base of the bed upstairs, they smashed a chunk of the edge of an archway going upstairs. They were bringing it back to the truck and decided to try again. I later found out how they did it. I noticed part of the cloth was hanging down from the base and one of the boards that frame the entire thing, was split into two. There was also mud on my mattress that I had to clean. They were sloppy and reckless and had no regard for the situation. I also had to clean mud off of my walls and other things in my house. I didn't realize the extent of the damage right away so nothing could be done. Customer service is minimal at best. If you are looking for good service in any way, this is not the place to go.

The customer service and manager is awful. The sale associate Grace did not explain the delivery…read moreprocess at all. She just ask if we want it delivered and we said yes. However when the couch was delivered it was left outside in the wet grass and half of the couch was missing. My girlfriend who I lived with was asking them how am I supposed to bring this inside by myself. Why would they just leave that there in the wet grass. She got frustrated and wanted answers why it wasn't brought in. After she drove back to Sunk and bright. They told her they wouldn't give any discounts at all for the inconvenience. She broke out crying. She came back and I was finally back home and ask what happen she told me. I then brought the couch in by myself and realized that the other half is missing after taking the plastic off. I then drove back to the furniture store with my girlfriend. She show me who the manager was. I explained everything to him and told him there missing half the order. He then said let's see if they can deliver this a different time. That wasn't an option because the whole couch was supposed to be delivered not half. I then told him he needs to train his sales team about telling the customer about there delivery process. We would have been happy to pay for someone to carry the couch up and not deal with this. But Grace never explained that. He then argued with me and said I'm 100 percent confident that she did. Then Grace step in and said oh hey I did explain there's two different deliveries which wasn't true. I told her that was not true and stop gas lighting us. I then told her to leave us alone and I'm dealing with the manager. Grace stood there looking at me with anger. That being said I ask if they can give us any discounts or anything and they could not besides delivering the other half of the couch. This place needs to work on getting new manager and not hiring staff like Grace. We will never be back and for anyone else, save your time and spend your money elsewhere.
