We came early today to grab a couple quick supplies. No line at 8am, but came back around noon for something we forgot and there's a line about 15 people long to get in. Store had little stock of hand san this morning but very very few hand wash avail today. They did have limited stock of toilet paper too. Starbucks and dine in areas all closed for now. Store is clean and easy to navigate, they also offer drive up pick up. Only entrance open is ground level so the can control flow. read more

I came in this morning because I placed an order pick up. The order was placed at 6:30 and I was told it would be ready within two hours I never received a notification and came in. Went to the drive thru pick up at 8:31 and the delivery person informed me that order pick ups are actually taking 3 to 4 hours and that I should cancel my order. I went into the store found the items and went to pay. I got back upstairs because I parked up there for order pick up and there were no cashiers. Had to run back downstairs again to pay and there was only one cashier handling transactions and the rest of the customers were being diverted to a long self check out with one person handing out bags. Meanwhile there are five employees working in the women's clothing. So disappointing to see this once highly esteemed Target has fallen so far. read more

Most things are locked up now. It used to be just skin care but now I see the toothpaste and laundry detergents are also locked up. It does take awhile to find an employee who has a key. My way around this was to order the products I needed by store pick up but that takes all the fun away from shopping at target. read more

I've visited here a few times and it's a great place. I appreciate the spacious parking structure and the clean, well-maintained interior. There's always plenty of parking, and I've never had any issues while shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store offers a good variety of products. Locked so many categories behind glass yet didn't seem to account for having the staffing to support it. They'll be losing more in sales than to theft at this rate. To top it off, the interactions with those that actually have keys are significantly lacking. They seem bothered to have been bothered to open the cases. This is is a good Target in the line of Targets I have been to in my life. The layout is good and they usually have decent stock. The plus size section could be better but some of that is just what Target stocks. This Target seems to get disorganized more quickly than others but maybe it's just the neighborhood. The parking isn't great except on the top level. Feels small and cramped on the bottom and middle level and the elevators are gross. I recommend parking up top and going in and out the second floor. read more

The store is fine, generally however shopping here is unbearable since they put all home essentials behind security glass. If you're shopping for toothpaste, detergent, shampoo, etc. you have to call an associate over for each product. It turned what was once a 20 minute trip into a 60 minute ordeal as you have to wait for the associates to help others out, too, obviously. Go somewhere else. read more

I give most Target locations 5 stars just due to the overall ease of shopping. Both Pasadena's locations have great customer service and are kept quite organized. On occasion, after Christmas sales, Black Friday things can get a bit messy which is expected. Price is $-$$ and I personally love the quality of Target brand products food, home goods, and clothing. Not to mention, all the perks of on site pick up for store orders or drive up (where they bring your merchandise to the vehicle). There are so many options. If you are shopping in store I recommend using the Target app which makes your shopping experience quite pleasant by showing you what isle items are on and offering cartwheel discounts you can use. won't shop here again. needed to make what I thought would be a quick run to stock a corp apartment and buy items for a business get together. Didn't happen. the amount of items behind lock & key with difficult associates almost impossible to find, made a quick run turn into over an hour. 15 mins in one aisle, another 10 mins in another - just to get items behind lock & key was a waste. never could find someone to help in the alcohol section - that was a $300 loss and another 15 or so mins wasted, at least. one worker said that things were locked up due to the smash & grabs. I get it. but if I can't shop there easily, I'm going elsewhere. I get theft is an issue, but at least employ enough people to assist customers since so many things are locked up. I'm not a regular to Target stores but this one is pretty decent. This is a bi-level Target. I'm not a big fan of these but for what it is, it's setup pretty well. Large elevators to accommodate the large shopping baskets, as well as escalators both located in the center of the store makes it convenient when needing to go to the next level. They have cashiers in both levels and lots of staff. (Although the one staff member I ran into didn't speak English.. That's random for Pasadena) Huge parking structure with plenty of free parking. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. read more

Wow! This is so low, heads up everyone if you park too long at Target you will get a $45.00 citation. I was at the store earlier with a friend who was Christmas shopping we had a Starbucks and then continued with the shopping. We had no rush so we were taking it easy. When We came back to my car I found a citation. Went back in to the store to speak to the supervisor and she pretty much blew me off with, " there are signs out there" well hello this is new I sure never heard of that. She confirmed that it was new policy. Either way they should have given people heads up with signs at the entrance. I called corporate and they told me they hadn't heard about Target having this policy. read more

Never did I ever think I'd be reviewing a Target, mostly because I feel like they're all pretty much the same. In the age of COVID-19, though, I'm finding reviews for places like grocery and convenience stores especially helpful, so adding my two cents to the mix! This is my go-to Target in town, 100% due to proximity. I'm not wild about their parking lot and the fact that you have to take an elevator to get from one floor to another, but that means less space taken up in Old Town which is a positive. In COVID-related updates, we've been able to find toilet paper here which is a *major* deal. We didn't have to go at the crack of dawn, either! We found it in the evening around 8 pm, which is kind of a miracle. It's been a reliable place to shop for other necessary staples as well (tequila, cat food, etc etc) and I do like that they have a small grocery section to cut down on the number of stops we need to make on a trip out of the house. The lines can get a little confusing with the six feet of distance between each shopper, but honestly that's more of a reflection on people and how well they're able to pay attention than anything else. I've had the red card (debit) before all of this craziness started and I've been extra appreciative of that little 5% discount these days. I've placed online orders a couple times in the past and love that it's ready when I go pick it up, but the one I've placed since COVID-19 started was cancelled and I think they might be having trouble keeping track of stock right now.
