I was at the grand opening with several celebrities present, as I worked at the Kaiser Credit Union across the street at the time Employees are generally helpful and friendly. Parking is available on numerous floors of the Target parking structure. Huge, indoor elevators make it easy and convenient to move from floor to floor. There are also escalators available. Drive up pick up is super confusing here, hardly any signage! I had to go around like 3 times to finally get to the pickup area, which was super inconvenient due to the target being surrounded by one way streets. I pressed the stupid call button and nobody came. I'm just going to buy stuff online from a different retailer from now on, because there's literally no reason to go to Target since nobody wants to help you get locked product. Bathroom was clean compare to other targets, great selection in products, they don't limit their selection on brands. There's also value prices on certain bulk items. I like this target and easily accessible to all the locals. Great customer service every time I've been. read more

Hello everyone, I have been trying to work here for a very long time and not even that the fact that I have to take a 45 minute test just so that my application can go through and then I called the next day asking about my application then the manager is going to tell me that the application site is down but later on that day send me an email talking about so we already went through with another applicant so why would you guys have me fill out an application and take a test thinking that I might get a job My house was burnt down in the fire and this is the same Pasadena that I live in I would not go here or shop anymore because of the fact where it is putting people through. read more

I was disappointed by seeing 2 female employees working at the CVS pharmacy laughing at me, & making a joke of my gender identity as a female of trans experience. I heard one of them say "Hey if He wants to walk around in drag then whatever...He looks better than me." As I walked past these female employees I just looked at them & smiled. Again, as a transgender woman I don't appreciate the projected immaturity, or lack of common decency towards me as a human being but also as patron. This definitely affected my experience, & I'll probably drive the extra miles away from my residence to assure having a different experience elsewhere. Fairly decent 2 story Target. Ample enough parking and if you really have to, there's street parking too. There's a Starbucks inside with seating if you need a quick pick me up too. Staff is pretty helpful and attentive. It is in a major intersection/busy area, so you do get jumpscares going in and out here and there. Some cases of really messy aisles and a disgusting sink display for cosmetic/soaps that were somehow blackened and dirty. Nice and clean Target location located on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena. The main entrance and parking structure are located on the opposite side of Colorado Blvd. As you approach the main entrance, you will notice the Starbucks location visible from the outside. It has its own dedicated area within the store. The location comprises of two levels with cashiers on both levels. Fantastic selection of everything you could need for your house, clothing, appliances, tech, books, games, etc! Something for the whole family. They do have a great decor aisle for Christmas, and Hanukkah. Lots of cute ornaments and ugly Christmas sweaters. Store is clean and easy to navigate. After a late lunch at Sugarfish, we were strolling around Pasadena and noticed a Target, so we decided to stop in and grab a few things I missed on my last Target run. This location was clean, tidy, and had a Starbucks inside, which is always a nice perk. They even have elevators to go upstairs, but I didn't have time to check them out. They have most of the stuff you need, and I always enjoy shopping with my Target RedCard, especially for the 5% discount--definitely a bonus, LOL. We easily found what we needed, but the checkout experience was a bit disappointing. The cashier wasn't friendly at all, which was surprising since I'm used to more welcoming service at other Target locations. This is the big double decker store that also has a double decker parking lot. We park upstairs for easier access to an open parking space. I enjoy shopping at the Alhambra store more often than coming to this one on occasion. The one popular item Ripple dairy free milk that way came here to buy was sold out which I am not surprised as it is usually sold out at the other stores. read more

I love this target, it's one of many big store locations however whenever I use the bathroom it's never clean, they absolutely never clean the bathrooms here, only 1 or 2 stalls are available because the toilets are stuffed with toilet paper, toilet seat covers and fecal matter. Target, if there is a self-bagging policy, please make that clear to customers. I don't believe there is such a policy, yet twice now I've had cashiers rudely and unprofessionally tell me I need to bag my own items because "they're my things," but neither time was that expectation communicated upfront. Bagging is generally part of the cashier service, so I don't think it's unreasonable to have that expectation. read more

This target is definitely one of my go to because it always has things in stock and it's much larger. My only complaint is that sometimes the lines are long, but the overall experience is always great because they just have so much more options and so much more available to see in person. I stop by this Target when I'm in Pasadena. Plenty of parking spaces in the parking structure behind the building. There's also a Starbucks in the same building, and if you rather have milk teas, they're right across the street. Strawberries are reasonably priced in Target compared to grocery stores. read more

My daughter and I were in the Pasadena neighborhood for lunch at Aikan Premium AYCE Sushi. Afterwards, we walked around the blocks to burn off some calories LOL. Well, we needed to use the ladies room after walking a couple blocks LOL and Target was at the right place at the right time. I may have been here once in the past. It's a two floor Target which is pretty common at downtown areas since space is limited. What I found interesting is the elevator structure right at the parking lot. I guess I don't see two floor Targets much. Anyway, after using the ladies room (very clean by the way), I walked around the 2nd floor and found some fun knick knacks. I ended up getting some Orbit gum in support of the business since we used their facilities. I do the same when I go into a gas station for restroom use... I usually come out of there with a candy bar, a bag of chips, an icee, a stuff animal, a magnet, or just something to say thanks LOL. Not a fan of this target. Although it has a large garage and multiple entrances, street parking for 1 hr, I felt like finding customer service or bathroom requires a lot of walking and asking. This is a big place, has a nice sized clearance section that is surprisingly organized! Not sure why there are huge elevators right next to the escalators but great for buying really big things or handicapped. Several books that are on the hit list were 30% off, great price. read more

One thing about these employees is they will awkwardly pass right by you like you're invisible for a good 5 minutes before they help you at Order Pickup. No greeting, just a little scanner awaiting your barcode and a "here you go." This is a large Target but definitely weird vibes here. read more

Solid parking, in and out in 15 minutes, crisis averted! ---------------------- So this is probably a taste of things to come, but anyway, went to 6's friend's birthday party. Someone (I'm not gonna name names) decided it was a good idea to re gift an admittedly very nice Lego Minecraft set. The only problem? I find our halfway to the party that the original gift giver was going to be at the same birthday party!! Oops... So, thanks to @Waze, and of course getting a really solid assist from 6, I made a quick pit stop here. Within 15 minutes, we got a soccer jersey, and did self checkout. I placed an online order pick up and waited a very long time for someone to bring it out. It was one item and a couple of things from Starbucks. The one star is for at least bringing out the stuff. When he finally brought it, there was no explanation for the long delay, no thank you for waiting, and they forgot my daughter's hot chocolate. Very disappointed. It seems that all employees want to be cool and not wear a name badge . They all look like they haven't comb their hair or showered. Fuchie ! All I needed was zip ties. The only ones in the store are in a locked case. Why you ask? I don't know. But I ring the little alarm sensor that is supposed to send over a worker. And then I ring it again. And again. FIVE TIMES. No one shows up. I have to walk away to find a worker. I thought surely "maybe they'll have heard it and were on their way but just busy." Nope. The guy seemed confused but agreed to come unlock it. He hands them to me and then I continue to shop. If you're so worried about people stealing it, why're you handing it off to people and walking away? Also six hour for pick up is absolutely insane. Target is going downhill mainly for the most poor customer service. Lack of pride in store also is displayed by poor orderliness and lack of cleanliness. Michelle and Tommy refused to honor what is clearly displayed above a rack earning a $5 gift card for purchasing 3 of same brand. What I went through is a nightmare; No apologies made for my hassle at all and no assistance was to be had. In fact, upstairs in customer service, the representative seemed to be surprised by my photo I took with the $5 card, as it was apparently missing from their system. Of all the Targets that I've visited, I have to admit this one gives me mixed feelings. I needed to find mason jars, and the staff member who helped me out vaguely pointed to a yonder direction after searching it up on his device. No indication of what row, just "yonder." The same staff member also was clearing the self-checkout area, and it felt awkward to check out since the person after me was denied access. When I returned with mason jars to checkout, the staff at the register left and directed me to exchanges & returns to help with checkout. I ended up paying on the second floor, and walking out without a bag for my items felt weird. I wasn't sure if I could feel safe and not be stopped, or if I should show my receipt to anyone.
