It's a love/ hate relationship. Oh Target! You sure know how to make a dent in my wallet. Don't you love how you just come for 1-3 SPECIFIC things and leave with 10+ items in your cart. Call me weak! Haha Let start of with parking. LOTS OF PARKING. 3 levels of parking to be exact. I'm normally greeted every time at the entrance. This Target is clean and organized, as it should. Came in for ONLY panti liners and I couldn't help but stop by the women's clothes. That's where I made my first mistake. A great mistake because I left with a nice pair of Levi's jeans that make my butt yummy. By the way, the fitting rooms are finally OPEN! No need to purchase an outfit and going home to try it only to find out it looks horrendous on and having to go out the way to return. This is my go to Target since it's closer to my apartment. The staff are great and helpful. I highly suggest going to this Target than the one on East Colorado. read more

Of all the Targets that I've visited, I have to admit this one gives me mixed feelings. I needed to find mason jars, and the staff member who helped me out vaguely pointed to a yonder direction after searching it up on his device. No indication of what row, just "yonder." The same staff member also was clearing the self-checkout area, and it felt awkward to check out since the person after me was denied access. When I returned with mason jars to checkout, the staff at the register left and directed me to exchanges & returns to help with checkout. I ended up paying on the second floor, and walking out without a bag for my items felt weird. I wasn't sure if I could feel safe and not be stopped, or if I should show my receipt to anyone. The overall experiences was chaotic to say the least. read more

You can't go wrong shopping at target. they have everything you need and are looking for, Target Circle is the best. There are other places more affordable but the check out process and customer service are sub-par. read more

My neighborhood Target closed due for nearly a month so I ended up visiting this Pasadena location since I haven't been here for over 20+ years. I remember coming here with my mom when they first opened this two stories Target and having breakfast. I seriously do not recall this Target being THIS ghetto! There are plenty of parking in the structure but it is nearly impossible to park at any of the spaces due to idiots double parking. It took me over 10 minutes to be able to find a spot where I might not hit another car or the possibility of being hit by another car. Once inside the store, I immediately felt like I wanted to turn around and leave. The whole store was a mess! It was only 8pm when I got there but the shelves were empty (most things were scattered like trash on the floor), and there were more employees walking around the store than actual cashiers working the registers. The self check out lines were a million miles long and I could only hear one of the managers yelling out commands to employees about their breaks and at the customers on where to stand in line. It was so unorganized. Most of the customers were so rude (reaching over you to grab items, cutting you off in aisles without excusing themselves) - I walked around for 10 minutes and I just left. There were people coughing all over the place and hardly anyone was wearing a mask. Come on, if you are sick, please stay home! I'm never going to come back. Definitely the worst Target I've ever been to. read more

I frequent this Target because it is close to my work and home. Unfortunately, the quality of care has significantly declined over the years. It has gotten so bad that I am going to avoid this location at all costs. The check out is horrendous! The line went down half the length of the store. It was absurd! They never have enough staff at this location. On top of that, they never seem to stock up their inventory. Avoid this Target unless you don't mind waiting in line for 20 minutes. You'd think you're at Disneyland. You'll want to play "I spy" or some other game to pass time time in line. read more

THE worst target pick up experience!!! Going on 5 hours and only ordered 5 items!!! Great store. Helpful staff. Organized and spacious. Two things: 1) This is minor. I would really like a cart escalator. Any chance of that? 2) This is not minor. About half the time I'm in this Target, there are one or more (leashed) dogs in the aisles. The sign outside says this: "NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN A FOOD FACILITY Except SERVICE ANIMALS trained to do work or perform a task. Stopped in my neighborhood Target on the way home tonight, and was really impressed by the associate working checkout on the 2nd floor register - Neida (I think was her name?) was kind, courteous, and professional. She even went above and beyond to help me price check an item whose UPC wasn't showing up on the scanner. It was less than an hour before closing, so I was expecting everyone in the store to be ready to just clock out, but I really appreciated the good service. read more

Solid Target. Staff does well and has a good variety of stuff. Only complaints would be that sometimes the stuff is organized weirdly. Like some home stuff is on the first floor and things you'd think would be right next to it will be upstairs (specifically in regards to cooking stuff). That organization is annoying. I still love this Target, and for the most part the cashiers are prompt...BUT...I will be buying less items now, especially ones that are being locked up behind their wall of plexiglass doors. It is too much of a hassle to get anyone to come and unlock each and other never-ending rows of locked cabinets. As such I have been buying most of the said items through Amazon. It is much simpler and I get it delivered, otherwise I'd rather support Target if weren't for the 'stock and lock' policy. I understand that crimes are rampant but they should beef up security and take action on shoplifters instead of just letting them walk. Minus another star for this. read more

Don't shop here! The drive up delivery staff has cancelled my order while I was waiting in the parking lot more than once. Instead of providing me the option to have the items shipped, when I selected "I'm on my way" in the target app. Yesterday, the drive up staff actually walked away when I asked where the items were. I had to ring the bell twice to get them to come back out for an answer. They had an attitude about it. The guy said he cancelled them. The girl said "maybe it was the internet". Not only did I waste time at the store, but I lost the discount on these items and others in the order. The $15 gift card did not cover the lost discount for the items I spent another hour getting them shipped. The manager did nothing and made excuses. There is obviously an issue here that needs to be addressed because this doesn't happen at the drive up other target stores. The manager said that I have to go into the store to talk with her. Which means I need to spend more time in this. What's happened to customer service here? read more

The one star reviews are extremely petty. I'm giving a 5 star because this locations always clean and fully stocked. They have a huge selection of clothes drug store makeup and home goods. The staff is regular staff friendly and do the job. Also it's organized and easy to navigate. I'm not sure how this location has such bad reviews. 11/27/2018 Making a run to Target is easy. Parking in the structure can be challenging so I sometimes find a spot on the street. During the holidays, it's packed everywhere. Coming in here tonight seems to be a lucky night. It was not packed and all the Christmas stuff is up. Trees and lights with all the prices on them. Electronics seems to be neat and tidy. I just feel sorry for the guy waiting to ring up some items at the electronics counter. This location have added the market items such as milk, groceries, soups, etc. some are a good deal and some I think I might be able to get a better deal somewhere else. Just show me the eggnog so we could be on our way. On our way to the hard liquor section. What goes well with eggnog? Brandy? Whatever we find, there are going to be some happy people after a small glass of eggnog. Now get over here and get those stocking stuffers. read more

DRIVE-UP AREA: Never been to this Target but I still placed a Drive-Up Order for something my local Target didn't have in stock. Once I let Target know, "I am on my way", the info provided said to drive to store entrance. Well, not being too familiar with Pasadena's one-way streets, i circled and circled the area. I looked for a sign pointing to where to find the Drive-Up area and couldn't find one. I asked 3 customers in the parking lot and no one knew where to find the Drive Up area. Going forward...I plan to stick with my local Target store. read more

With the impending lock down on a Saturday afternoon in December, this target had lots of shoppers. The 1st level parking was full with cars so I was lucky to find one. Some of the aisles in the skin are or health or food had 2-3 carts so I avoided those aisles. They had toliet paper, wipes, and paper towels available. The Xmas collection was sparse compared to last year. The 1st level registers had some 2-3 people lined up at the cashiers compared to 2nd level. The self check out was a breeze. It's fine. Haven't had great customer service from the online pick up area or from the people downstairs that regulate the self check out. The online pick up area is annoying bc I do it to save time and there's just nobody at the window but there's literally people like a few feet away working, but ignoring you. Then one time there was nobody in the line for self checkout and I was ready to go and the person stopped me because I had over 10 items. Mind you the 10 items included like multiple of the same item which I think is fair to count as the same item. I was really confused why this person was wasting my time and their time over something so arbitrary when nobody else was in line. Just kinda annoying. I never look forward to coming here - it's more out of necessity and proximity. read more

This target is very disappointing and they lack customer service. I can rarely find what I need in the store. There's usually nobody to ask questions or provide customer service at the store. Today I tried calling the store about 2 items that it shows they have in stock but was not available on the shelves and I haven't been able to get a hold of anybody. Terrible, unhelpful staff. You ask an employee to unlock some merchandise for you to purchase and they respond as if you're asking them to move mountains. I've typically had decent experiences with the employees here in the past, but recently it's just absurd the way these people act while clocked in at their place of employment. Should I start groveling at their feet and apologizing to them because they hate their job? I've worked in the customer service field for years and have never acted the way these people act. Well, after my dental office visit.. I wandered up to my Hudson st. TARGET and began searching for a couple of my "necessities" for daily life. Item #1 was DETERGENT... either ERA or TIDE liquid. Well, zilch on the ERA option and as far as TIDE... TARGET seems to have only the regular size available. Next, I gotta stock up on my deodorant NATIVE or SCHMIDT'S in charcoal. BRAUN razor foil, multi vitamin as well. Next, leggings for my niece's, I have seen the brand IN MOTION polar fleece tops with matching leggings and I am on a hunt for the gorgeous deep purple set and the winter white set as well as well as the charcoal set. Next I'm hunting for sale picture frames for drawings by my niece's and nephew's. Framed art is the perfect look. Hmm... Incredible customer service! On this visit to target I came to return a small heater, purchased a much larger heater. Return went smoothly, the order pick up on the other hand was a bit chaotic. Their system was not working for some reason. Long story short the heater that I was going to pick up went missing in all the chaos. David went above and beyond to find me a replacement so that I not leave the store empty handed. He was polite, patient, and understanding of the situation. At other stores I have received "I'm sorry, we are out of stock", "come back next week", or simply a "careless blank stare". Today, I went to Target with a $200 shopping list. I was looking for vitamins that were behind a locked cabinet. I used the box that customers can use to summon someone to open the cabinet. No one came. It took me 15 minutes to find someone to open the cabinet. I told him I was unhappy that it took so long. He responded, "ok." I then said that i needed him to open another cabinet for me. He said, "no, i need to help other customers," so I walked out without buying anything. I understand that Target is worried about shoplifting. However, they need to hire more staff if they they put things in locked cabinets. Plus, they need to spend some money on customer service training. I'll just use the drug store and Amazon from now on. read more

So I ordered for drive up and was waiting downstairs for the target worker to bring my order, 20 mins goes by, no one comes. I go inside store and he tells me it's on 3rd floor, u have to drive out, take a left at light, turn right at ramp. The Target app does specify where. It's confusing to use their drive up system. Good selection of things once you know where everything is. Adult clothing, home cleaning, toiletries, snacks, shoes, paper goods, bath and toiletries all down stairs. Kids clothes, electronics, home furnishings, bedding, baby stuff, customer service desk are all upstairs. Pro tip: checkout lines upstairs are ALWAYS faster and have shorter lines than the checkout downstairs. read more

Avoid this Target at all costs. No matter what time of day you come, no matter which day it is, they NEVER, EVER have any cashiers working. Your only option is the self-checkout lines and they're usually 15-20 people deep. That goes for the 1st floor and the 2nd floor. And, just to make you feel extra bad, there are always a half dozen Target employees just milling around watching us wait in line for 20+ minutes. Isn't Target's entire purpose to serve customers? And if they're not serving the customers what is the point of existing? Is it really more important to have someone stacking cans of dog food while 20 people wait in line? Talk about mismanagement. Plus, they always seem to be out of stock on items. They have 200 pairs of pants you can buy but no shampoo. I would rather spend an extra 15 minutes and drive to the Target on the other side of town than come to this place. Target should be ashamed of how awful an experience it is to shop here. Terrible service, nothing ever in stock. Save your sanity and never go to this Target. read more
