Staff was severely understaffed with tons of people waiting. Even after I was told management would arrive at 12noon to be able to do my return, I waited another 20 minutes and they never showed up so I could not make my return . Terrible service and I'll never return. I was going to buy another pair of prescription Versace's but will not give them my money. 45 minute wait and they were still incapable of a simple return for readers so I asked the manager to call me. Trudie was so rude and never once apologized. Her solution was for me to come back later or go to another LensCrafters. Hopefully they have cameras so management can see the lack of customer service and the amount of customers waiting. You can see that this store has only a 3.1 rating compared to Pearle vision nearby, which has a 4.7 rating. I would recommend going there. *update* manager never called me back and has my glasses with receipt. I had to call myself. Called the store and they told me he was not in today. Then they said I had to come back into the store again a different day. I explained that the last person I talked to took my glasses and receipt and said someone would call me. I waited another 25 minutes on the phone for them to finally process the return. What a joke ! Management is welcome to give me a call at any time and I am happy to discuss this situation further if necessary. *Update two* they have Gucci frames at Costco for $199 . I was previously quoted $500-600 for similar frames at LensCrafters. Not only is their service horrendous, but they are overpriced.

I was able to book an eye exam for about $180-ish the next day and Daniel had saved the frames I had my eye on! Once my exam was over (thank you to the sweetest optometrist this morning), Daniel rang me up and broke down the cost of frames / lenses / blue-light blocking / etc.!!! I ended up getting 2 pairs of eyeglasses today and they're going to be shipped directly to my house.
