Since 2018 we have been with Dr Domínguez and his team; we have only received excellent, professional and caring services. Our fears were allayed immediately, and time and time again Dr Domínguez' expertise in optometry has been demonstrated. I had an opportunity to also see an ophthalmologist that when I mentioned I was under Domínguez' care, he said "Ah you are in great hands." Thank you Dr. Domínguez, you and your team are definitely and highly recommended for the personal caring reception you always give your clients and because of your level of expertise, use of updated technology, and flexibility in seeing us.

Yesterday, I received a text message asking me to schedule an appointment. After I provided a date, the conversation shifted to a message regarding my mother's outstanding payment. My mother and I live in separate households, and I found it inappropriate and unprofessional for this information to be communicated directly to me. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. In May 2026, my appointment was canceled by the front office, and I experienced an unacceptable level of rudeness during the phone call. It is disappointing to see how much this place has changed over the years. After more than 20 years of loyalty, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism, communication, and respect. These repeated experiences have significantly impacted my confidence in the quality of service provided, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously.

Last year Dr. DeMoss discovered an ulcer in my left eye and immediately called Harvard Eye Clinic who took me the next day. Two eye surgeons looked at the ulcer and immediately took pictures and optical equipment to see how bad the ulcer was. They treated the ulcer right away with eye drops and salve. Thus, saving my left eye vision.

When I first walked in, I was immediately and happily greeted by, Johnathan. I instantly felt at home with him. Sarah, was the front desk/tech who worked with me to get my insurance card uploaded and then she took me back to do all the usual initial testing. The way these were set up in the room was very convenient. I literally rolled my chair from station to station. The equipment was clean and in good shape, not ancient. As soon as I was done with these, Sarah, took me to the exam room to wait for Dr. Walsh. Dr. Walsh, walked in and instantly said hello with a big smile on her face. I LOVE seeing her here in the office. She is so easy to talk to and is so personable. I feel like she really listens to me, to my concerns and my preference. It is always a pleasure to receive care from, Dr. Walsh. After my visit with, Dr. Walsh, I went right back to Johnathan. He came fully prepared with my insurance plan coverage. He explained everything clearly to me. He was animated, never boring, very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions based on what I could afford as well as other options should I decide for something else. He even showed me the different types of transitions including the more advanced lenses available. He was quick without rushing me. He patiently answered my questions about insurance when I didn't understand what was going on. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with MVOC. I highly recommend them for their amazing service and many frame options.

The best option (and safest option) for me was the laser SLT (Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty) I am a little squeamish by nature but, as promised, it was super quick. ( a matter of seconds), didn't feel a thing; no downtime and drove home right after. It was literally a few flashes of light and then it was over as soon as it started. I had both eyes done on different days and they were quick visits. His staff is excellent and the practice is top-notch. He's such a kind and knowledgeable Dr. and stays current on all the best treatments for patients. If you're on the fence regarding the treatment, I recommend it. I wasn't willing to risk my eyes by NOT doing it. There was no added cost for me. Just my usual $40 copay for the visit. I went today for my check-up, and my pressures are lower than they have ever been.

As the new law discrimination creates a delusion of HEALTHCARE!

My wife and I both have experience with Dr. Christensen for several years. He has consistently, absolutely NAILED our vision needs with precise and wise prescriptions. My wife had detached retinas and retinal surgery in both eyes, resulting in challenging requirements for corrective lenses. Uncorrected, my vision is far beyond legally blind. All is to say, we have special optic needs. Dr. Christensen has handled our special needs with superb competence.
