Dr. Cullinane and her staff are amazing!! I have been going to this office for years and shame on me for not writing a review sooner. Their technology is outstanding, the Dr. is the best eye doctor I have ever been to (I will be a lifetime client), and the eyeglass selection is wonderful. I have a few issues I need to keep an "eye" on so my visits are every year. Dr. C is so thorough and keeps impeccable records, she always remembers my situation. I had to write a review. My husband and I have been going here for over 15 years. We have never had to wait a minute after our scheduled time, we have never been surprised by any charges, the selection of glasses is awesome, the staff is friendly and has been there forever, but most importantly both Dr's are friendly, knowledgeable, caring and never make you feel rushed. Dr. Cullinane is great. Very personable and does a great job. However, $60 for a contact lens fitting every year? That takes 1 minute! The same equipment is used as the regular exam so there is no incremental cost they incur for this service. Apparently it is a widespread practice. read more

Very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful staff! They go above & beyond with making sure both your contact lenses & eye glasses fit correctly! They carry name brand frames designer frames from Candie's to Tory Burch along with several athletic brands. I even bought my sunglasses there when I couldn't find the aviators I wanted. I have been to several eye doctors in Lake Forest. This is the only one I have gone to where they actually went out of there way to save me a few dollars. After my first appointment, I walked out wearing my first pair and never went back to glasses. My first time appointment with them was extremely thorough-this team really focuses on patient care and comfort-all while being very succinct. I came here by mistake I never got an exam or glasses. Everyone is professional and helpful. It's a horrible busy shopping center it took 15min to find parking. I just parked illeagl I guess in food p/u parking there building the parking not sure how much longer. Also, this business closes a whole hour for lunch. Hope this. Helps. read more

Over the years they have helped me through glasses, contact lenses and LASIK; more recently, Cataract and PRK consultation. It's been a while since I got new glasses, so I made an appointment here for myself and my daughter. The visits went pretty quickly, and we selected our frames. I found a nice pair for myself, and my daughter picked out a frame by Ray Ban, which she later found out were the same frames worn by two of her favorite female band vocalists. Success! We were quoted a couple of weeks for our glasses to be ready, but they were ready in half that time. A big plus is you don't have to deal with all of the car dealer pressures of adding this or that. It's comfortable and easy, and the staff is very friendly and professional. My daughter and I both plan to return soon for sunglasses! read more

Dr. Cullinane is the bomb. For 'Chairside Manner', she gets an A+ for being so thoughtful and kind and sweet and putting you immediately at ease. For the 'Dr. Business', she knows her stuff. She takes plenty of time at all of my visits. She has never made me feel rushed. She makes you feel like you are the only patient for the day. Also, she doesn't seem to be interested in 'Up-Selling' for eyewear...frames and shades and such. She, and her staff, knew my budget and didn't show me anything outside of that $$ cap. The staff is uber-friendly and I have only had positive experiences. My sister turned me on to Dr. C and I will be sticking with her until I move or she goes into being a Super Model full-time. read more

From the time I first walked into the door and was greeted by Theresa, and Cathi took me through the examination process, I realized I had chosen the best place for new glasses. Dr. Cullinane was very professional and friendly, and examined my eyes with more attention than any optometrist before. I was impressed by how thorough she checked my vision and how comfortable she made me feel during the exam. I came in first for glasses and they took the time to help me find the perfect pair, and a few months later, when I came in for contacts, they provided experienced guidance and a wide variety of selection to choose from. I'm not one to leave reviews, however this team goes above and beyond! My mom and i were first time patients and immediately greeted by Karina and Teresa (sp?) with such kindness. We were seen by Dr Cullinane promptly after preliminary testing by the staff. She was so straight forward, kind and patient. We did not ever feel rushed or silly for asking questions. I was referred to Dr. Morrison years ago by a co-worker. I've always had positive experiences here and my glasses seem to come very quickly. They have a good selection of frames, although I found out recently that they no longer carry Ray Bans. BUT they do have FYSH! My new favorite! Fysh bring a little BLING to the face! read more
