This experience left me feeling genuinely upset and taken advantage of. I trusted this business with my favorite glasses and was quoted different prices for the same repair, then required to prepay nearly $90. I was told it was "express," yet it took over a week, and I never received a call when it was ready. I had to follow up multiple times. Communication was dismissive and stressful. Calls were short and rude in tone, and I was repeatedly asked to come in on very short notice despite explaining that I work most of the time. When I finally received my glasses, one leg was a completely different color and noticeably longer than the other. I was never told this would happen. On top of that, the glasses were returned dirty, with fingerprints all over the lenses and frame. When I called to say I was unhappy with the mismatched colors, I was told it would cost an additional $65 to fix something I was never warned about in the first place. These were my favorite frames, and I wanted to wear them to my best friend's wedding. Now I won't be wearing them at all. Omg. I had a very unique request that I didn't think I can find anywhere. I bought a nreal xreal air which is an AR glasses. I needed prescription lenses to use this because I can't wear regular glasses with the air. I could order the prescription lenses online but I didn't want to wait 7-14 days for them to arrive. I called Express Vision to see if it's possible to do it soon and he told me to come in so he can see if it's possible to do it same day. Great service, friendly person. He said he can do it and he did it! Within 24 hours, I got the lenses made for my AR glasses. Now I can see and use them! The person working here was nice but let me know they couldn't Fix them. They could only offer to sell me new frames that I didn't care for. I ended up finding my frames on eBay. Quick and easy fix for my broken Ray Ban glasses. My nose pad had completely broken off from my frame and Same Day Glasses was able to solder the piece back on my glasses.
