Website says they take Tricare insurance. I called and the receptionist said she would check if they take Tricare and get back to me and let me know. She never got back to me but instead scheduled an appointment for me so I figured that meant they took Tricare. Morning of the appointment I get a call that they don't take Tricare and she said that they called and left a voicemail but that's not true. I did not receive anything from her not even a call back. What's the point of even scheduling an appointment if she knows that I told her I would only want to come in if they took my insurance. Super unprofessional. read more

Got a last minute cancellation and was so impressed first by the receptionist on the phone. Next excellent impression was the cleanliness of the office, the outstanding samples of frames, the friendliness of the entire staff and their care and consideration. I am 88 and have had many eye examinations but the one I got here was the most thorough one I've ever received from an optometrist. Unfortunately I have to go to an ophthalmologist for more extensive work but then it's back to Excel to order new glasses. I am so pleased with this place! read more
