This place was amazing, everyone on the staff was so polite and professional. The office was extremely clean and the equipment used this office was much more advanced than my last Eye Doctor used. Infact this was the most advanced equipment I have ever seen. The exam part was great, they were so friendly, patient and helpful, it felt like I was having my eyes examined by a family member or someone who was excited with the thought they could get my sight to Super Hero vision levels. I got my progressive lens eyeglasses in August 2023. For 3 months, I did not use it because i get dizzy and my reading ability, whether near or far, is miserably terrible. Eventually, i used the glasses in the hope that I can adjust and make it work. Epic fail! Right now, I'm using the glasses and I had to constantly move my phone distance to my eyes so I can see legibly. And it is a painful struggle reading blurry words. Driving, I feel so unsafe because I can't read street signs clearly. I don't know what went wrong- the optometrist? the technicians ??. I am compelled to write this review because I am definitely very unhappy with their product. read more
