The front desk staff and the optician were incredible - they were gentle, patient, helpful and thorough. They are multilingual and had a good rapport with my dad. They explained how the lenses work, how a lens is split up into different areas, and how he should wear glasses suited for his activities. When the glasses were ready a couple of weeks later, they called us over to pick them up. They then fit the glasses to his face and tested if he was able to see certain things. There are frames on display, easily reachable and mirrors everywhere to see how they fit. The staff has separate work stations, it allows for privacy and a chance to go over your insurance coverage and plan options if selecting eyewear. My daughter's appointment was handled by an assigned staffer and she was very helpful in showing us new frames. She immediately grabbed a handful of frames that fit her face and was extra selective on color choices after hearing my daughter's preferences. We tried plenty and took our time. She never rushed us to make a decision and we were never pressured to buy anything. When it came down to two frames, one didn't sit right on her ears, the staffer requested the frame technician to adjust them for us. This way we could make a real decision based on comfort and fit. All in all a pleasant experience. As usual! (This is our fourth year coming to this location). A quick review of the Optometrist on site: Dr. Cho is very patient and speaks to my child at a level she understands. He is very thorough and never rushes through the charts and overall exam process. He is personable and talks through each step so the child is comfortable with each apparatus. He asks questions related to the wearer and always checks if the eye wear is worn properly. I highly recommend Dr. Cho for the entire family. We've been going to him for the last four years for each of our care.

The 2 eye doctors named Dr. Zhang and Dr. Wang are super nice, chill and understandable with the procedure that they took the their time getting to know me a bit and to discuss my eye history and gently apply dilated eye drops as requested by me to get my eyes dilated for the first time. Later in March, I noticed Rudolf mistakenly submitted the claim as "routine eyewear" , I lost my benefit of fitting my pair of eyewear every 2 years. For months, my insurance was not able to reach the provider to correct the billing code. Finally, 7/10/25, I made a personal visit to the store. Store manager SOU CHANG provided no help and denied any wrong doing. she claimed she had managed this store for years, LensCrafters doesn't file insurance claim. To prove she was wrong, I showed Mrs. CHANG a screenshot of claim that LensCrafters actually filed with my vision insurance from UnitedHealth. Mrs. SOU CHANG's attitude was not acceptable. Instead of assisting customer to clear the claim errors, she denied mistake. Her unacceptable work attitude made customers suffer and forced customers lost vision benefits because of LensCrafters errors. Think twice before come to use LensCrafters' service.
