I woke up in the morning with blurred and double vision for the first time in my life. After…read morerealizing that it wasn't a situation that was going to be resolve by me rubbing the possible mornings guck out of my eyes, I went in search of a nearby optometrist. I initially went online to book my appointment but noticed the available times were later in the evening. So, I called the store and spoke with one of the staff members to inquire about coming in immediately and they welcomed my walk-in. I arrived within 10 minutes. The staff were so warm and welcoming. They checked me in and started the initial part of my exam within 10 minutes of my arrival while the optometrist was seeing another customer. I met with Dr. Bernstein within 30 minutes of my arrival and he was so kind and not pushy. He noticed that I injured my eye and that was causing my horizontal double vision. He provided me with antibiotics for my eye and asked me to come back for a follow up eye exam in order to properly prescribe me glasses. He even walked over to the pharmacy to ensure that I didn't have to pay too much for the medication and told the pharmacist to give him a call if it was more than $10 so he could write me another prescription! My follow up visit with Dr. Bernstein was equally pleasant. My double vision had resolved itself within hours of taking the eye drops. The blurred vision improved substantially within 24 hours. So I was a very happy customer. Talking about 5 star service! I would come back in an instant to see this team at Target Optical.

I ordered frames here that took 45 days to be ready. And they didn't tell me, I had to call, email, text multiple times before they admitted they had the product ready and will ship it out. Then when they shipped it they were slow and missed pickup deadline, resulting in further delays. After paying thousands of dollars you just want your product sooner than 2 months later. Not too much to ask

So, they lost my glasses and in the era of fast and quick, I have to give them 8 weeks to keep my hard earn money for my refund. Are they that poor, or they just like to keep our money a little be more? Shame on Target Store, who claims they are 3rd party, however they are on their premises and you think you are going to a Target shop, Shame on Luxottica, who is a world wide company and they are so stingy they want to keep your money, money they did not work for, and shame on their Regional Manager, Carlos Delgado, who said 3 weeks for my refund and now it turns to 8.

The doctor is very thorough with the exam and makes sure you are comfortable through the whole appointment. She explains everything very well and is very nice. The girls behind the counter that assist with the glasses selection are very nice and are very patient. They were also very helpful in filling out all paperwork for insurance reimbursement. They do have a large selection of glasses that are included with your insurance which is great. Will be coming here for all my future appointments.

The eye doctor exceeds my expectations, seems to be very caring, and wanted me to be covered fully by my insurance by not paying out of pocket. He is very knowledgeable and has 20+ years experience in this field. He answered my concerns and questions. I recommend this location for everyone.

I now can confirm that the reviews are true. My wait was about 20 minutes, but it's not like too long. The office where you have your eye exams and tests is immaculate. The best thing is that Dr. Chuang patiently describes the steps before he goes forward. This is great for people who have anxiety going to get their eye exams which I do for most doctor visits and appointments. I was happy to find an eye doctor who is empathic, especially since I arrived with some pain in my right eye. The staff are all approachable and supportive. I highly recommend this location.
