    Very clean store. Great selection. Found what I was looking for and more! I mean like who actually goes into a Target store and leaves with just one item?! Definitely not me! Prices are fair! The parking lot is a bit congested, but not the worst. I was here on a Sunday so it was busy so I opted for the self-check-out. This is not on my side of town but if I'm ever nearby I would come here again!

    Long lines

    Terrible store, always understaffed. This target is consistently understaffed so the line is often more than 30 people long. Whenever I visit, there are never checkers open, and everyone is funneled to the self service line. People wonder why target and retailers are losing business to Amazon...

    I went to this target just to pick up some things with my wife and two kids today around 2:00pm. As I was shopping, I couldnt help but notice I was being watched all the way to the register. As i was checking out, two men stood In front of the door, making sure I successfully paid for my things .Both could have been just doing her job, but being that they only gave me and my kids this "special" attention and not any of the white customers, its CLEAR this was racially motivated. This discriminatory behavior is always present everytime I have been at this location. Minorities, please brace yourself when entering this establishment.

    This place is always trashed. Employees just walk by literal trash on the floor. I guess they just come in to work and hang out all day.

The…read moreowner just called me and called me a liar and told me we don't deal with liars before telling me they will be refunding all my money, then hung up on me. I will be calling the better business bureau on Monday. Here is what happened: We bought a couch on 9/1 labor day weekend. We liked the couch but not the color of the couch. They told us it came in a different color so we asked to see it. They showed us the catalog. We checked that paperwork multiple times and asked about the color being different. They were trying to get out of there and I guess during their haste they made a mistake with the financing instead of 18 months which they agreed upon they put 12 months. They messed up the financing and so we walked out without that paperwork today. I had to go back a week later to sign the paperwork over again. They told me that they would have it all ready but I spent a good 30 minutes or more in the store waiting for the paperwork that day. At this point no one had given me a delivery window yet, so I inquired about it again because usually furniture stores give you a round about window. They just said someone would call me when it comes in. I had to call the store multiple times to try and get someone on the line to find out about delivery. Fast forward to the week of 10/15 or 10/16 someone calls me (this is after I called them that Monday inquiring about it again) and asks about a good day to deliver. I decide on a delivery date of 10/19. So I pay the people who are bringing the furniture to take away the old furniture. They disassembled it and took it out before bringing the new furniture up. When they start to bring the new furniture up I immediately notice it is the color of the one at the store and not a darker color like we wanted and were told multiple times we are getting. So now we are left with nothing. When the store opens at 10:15 I call the number back that called me to do the delivery. She asked why I didn't just keep the furniture they had until the new one came in and I said I didn't even know that was an option. So then she says someone is going to call me back but sounded like she wasn't sure when. So my partner stopped at the store on the way home and spent over an hour there again trying to figure out the situation. Apparently that couch doesn't come in a darker color, not sure what we saw in that catalog that day and thought we were getting but I am being sent a picture of something similar in a different color from my partner. She was apparently smiling and really friendly, which is part of being a decent human. So since she was a decent human being and accepted that we are in this they used this against me when I tried to call talking about how I was dissatisfied I was with this whole situation and how I was upset that they couldn't even bring us a loaner couch today. So he called the store and talked to the employees who I guess said she was completely happy when she walked out of there. Just because someone is smiling doesn't equate to happy. So he called me back accusing me of being a liar, and then asked if I was calling his employee a liar, then stated we don't do business with liars I am canceling your order and giving you all your money back. Don't do it. Don't go through this furniture place the owner is a nut job who obviously shouldn't be in sales. I would never treat people this way, but who knows maybe it's because I am a woman with another woman so maybe he just targeted us for this.

We were greeted in a warm and friendly and un-aggressive fashion, given a short spiel about the location of various types of furniture, and asked if we needed help looking for anything in particular. We were then left alone for some time, and politely checked in on an appropriate and respectful amount of time later, with obviously sincere interest in making sure we were getting the exact amount of help we wanted. That's a salesperson who knows her products are of sufficient quality to sell themselves. I'll be back when I've finished measuring my basement and budgeting the several thousand dollars I want to spend, because this establishment has absolutely won my business.

Our salesman, Sean, was super professional, extremely patient, and went above and beyond with helping us find exactly what we needed. He even pulled up the Ashley furniture website to compare to make sure we knew we were getting the absolute best deal possible! If it wasn't for the extremely professional and user-friendly experience that Sean gave us, we would have never decided to purchase anything that day. Each time I called, I was given different information, and when I asked to speak with my original salesperson, I never received a callback. I also requested to speak with a store manager multiple times and again, no one ever followed up. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. Now I'm being told that delivery could take up to four months from the time I placed my order, which is completely unacceptable given what I was originally promised. Overall, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. The customer service is poor, communication is nonexistent, and expectations set at the time of purchase were misleading. I would not recommend this store based on my experience
