Absolutely horrible customer service…read more I haven't been to Marshalls in a while, so apparently there is now a different process for using the dressing rooms. I was not aware of this, and instead of simply explaining the new procedure to me, the employee working the dressing room made the entire interaction unnecessarily hostile. When I first approached the dressing room, the employee repeatedly pointed behind me and said something that sounded like "hang there." Because of her heavy accent, I genuinely could not understand what she was saying. I asked/needed her to repeat herself multiple times because I had absolutely no idea what she was trying to tell me. Instead of recognizing that I was clearly confused and explaining it, she became visibly frustrated, walked over, and slammed her hand down on the hanging station. For context, in the past I have simply told the employee how many items I had and been given a number, so I had no reason to know that the process had changed. I was not refusing to follow a rule. I literally did not understand what the employee was asking me to do. Then, on my way OUT of the dressing room, I encountered another employee. She told me to "hang there," so I hung up the clothes I did not want. She immediately snapped, "NO. ALL OF THEM," in an extremely rude tone. I understand having policies. I understand wanting customers to follow them. What I do not understand is why employees feel the need to treat a confused customer like they are a criminal instead of simply saying, "Hey, we have a new dressing room policy. Please hang all of your items here." That would have taken approximately five seconds. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and genuinely uncomfortable over something that could have been resolved with one normal, polite explanation. If your store changes its procedures, customers cannot be expected to magically know the new rules, especially when they have not been in the store recently. The policy itself is not my complaint. The absolutely awful attitude and customer service are. I will think twice before shopping at this location again.

As we enter, we are immediately greeted by the beautiful diva owner, Giovanna, who verbally directed us to the store layout. My compadre's browsed, but when Giovann noticed I wasn't delving into the clothing racks (i'm not much of a shopper), she came over to me and questioned me on what my 'style' was. Which left me speechless, b/c again, I'm not a shopper and am not the kind of girl who has any idea what "style" I prefer. So, she broke it down for me. "Tell me how you like to 'feel', not how you like to look". Thus began all of our journey into diva-hood. For the next 2 hours, we tried on clothes all while Diva Giovanna showed us tips on how to bring out our best features, how to pose in a way that creates the best pictures, and what looks would work best on our bodies...she even took pictures of us in her clothes to show us how amazing we looked. It wasn't shopping. It was an experience in celebrating womanliness! There is something for everyone in this shop (even a little dog and a piano), casual, fancy, REALLY FANCY... She will make you try on things you didn't even know you would look good in and she will style you. The checkout process was really quick and easy and parking was good. I find the prices are reasonable and the service is much better here than it places like Macy's. I will definitely come to this location again.
