Came here for my kids back to school and now I'm hooked. The clothes are already reasonably priced, but if you catch one their sales you can easily fill up 2 carts. It's a one stop shop for the kids which I love. The store is kept in good shape usually, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. read more

I love Old Navy but hate most locations. This Locations blew me away! No clothes on the ground. There's a clearance section that I can shop at without stepping on merchandise on the ground! Friendly employees at ON! What what! No long lines! I'm petite so Shopping can be challenging so coming here is always a win win as they always have the smaller sizes in stock. read more

Old Navy is Old Navy nothing more... Nothing less... However, today that may have all changed when I met a salesperson by the name of Catera. Catera was the bomb! My first interaction with her was when I walked in and asked her if I could leave my bags at the cashiers station so that I could shop more freely and have full usage of my hands to browse. Although, she was business, she said sure but reminded me not to forget it when I left. In fact, I was there for so long she sought me out just to confirm I hadn't left my things there. She was awesome. Second interaction, I was looking for something inexpensive to add to the outfit I put together for my son and she was like follow me. She brought me to a well hidden Clearance Section in the back of the store that had the PERFECT vest to tie the outfit together perfectly! She's not only friendly and welcoming but has a great a eye... Third interaction was when she was leaving for the day. I was checking out and she was saying goodnight to her coworkers and even wishing the customers who she doesn't know anything about, Happy Holidays. I frequently shop at Old Navy and I have just become accustomed to the store being a complete wreck and total chaos. This location was so organized and clean and I really appreciated the ability to get in and get out without hassle. The sales associates were super helpful and I ended up buying way more than I initially set out to (way to hustle, ladies!). Kudos to this location's team. Keep up the good work. read more

Old navy in general is a steal. Cute clothes for an affordable price. This review and score (or lack thereof) is in regard to this location specifically. This was the most disorganized, messiest old navy location I have ever been to! The place looked completely ransacked (and this wasn't Black Friday). Clothes on the shelves were in unfolded mounds and heaps. Very unappealing - something about the mess is a turn off and made me not even want to sift through it. No staff manning the dressing room. One room was vacant and I thought it was for storage because there were sooo many mounds of clothes. I went into a different open room, and what do you know, more piles of messy clothes strewn everywhere. Also, I took in more than the allowed 10 items (gasp! You rebel!) because frankly, who was gonna stop me. NO ONE. Deserted s-show! The one employee I did see in passing said nothing - no greeting no "are you finding everything ok?" Or whatever perfunctory, bare minimum customer service greeting most other places use. I did find some clothes, (thanks to my excavation skills) but I'd go elsewhere if there's another option in the same city or next over. read more

Yet another store that was uprooted from Gorgeous Prince George's County and moved to Anne Arundel County. It actually looks smaller than it's former location in Bowie, but it's redesigned, bright, colorful and since it's new, organized. I would prefer to have this ON location back in Bowie and support businesses that are actually in my county, but I will venture out to AA County to shop here. The staff is helpful, friendly and no matter how long the line is, it usually moves pretty quickly. Sizes of clothing is abundant, plenty of options to chose from and of course the prices are reasonable. I guess I'll have to accept that this is my new "neighborhood" Old Navy location from here on out. read more

A lot of items are on promotion so check and see if that skirt or sweater you've been eyeing is on sale. Sign up for their emails to receive offers and notifications of their upcoming events. I like this store as you can get stylish items without the ridiculous prices some venues charge. 4 star review because very often the store can be cluttered and the line to check out is bananas, so exercise a little patience with the employees and the customers tearing up the displays. Definitely an enjoyable shopping experience here. Employees are helpful and even offer pairing suggestions with items you may be trying on. It may be in an effort to get you to buy more, but if you look good doing it go for it! read more

This is one of the better old navy's I've been to which may be because it is still quite new. But none the less I'll enjoy while I can. Everything was well organized and clean, the store it's actually quite small so they sell out of styles pretty fast it seems. The employees I've spoken to have been helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience here that I can recall. I would return and I would suggest it to friends and family. read more

I really like this Old Navy! It is really well organized. The staff are friendly and it wasn't crowded with a bunch of rednecks like many of other Old Navy's in metro DC. It is a large Old Navy, so if you do get caught up shopping here -- don't be surprised if you are here for more than an hour exploring their options even if you come in for only one thing. read more

I have given this place at least 5 chances. Every time we shop there are clothes piled up everywhere. The store is in total disarray. I don't know if they need more people or what. I can't show in chaos so I just leave. read more

Old Navy in Waugh Chapel.... Best place ever! Huge shout out to Jeanne and Emma. I have a 20-year-old special needs daughter who was very tired of shopping, then got startled by a baby crying..... which triggered a lot of anger and crying. I started to put back our items, figuring I'd have to go online and shop there instead. Jeanne pulled us aside and proceeded to distract and entertain my daughter while Emma opened up a register nearby so I could check out quickly. It was so nice of them!!!! Great customer service. Much appreciated, not only for their efficiency but their kindness and compassion for people with differences. Thank you! read more

During my pregnancy this became one of my favorite places for cute clothes that wouldn't break the bank. Now that my little squish is here, I love it for clothes for him. Last week I went to look for sunglasses for Squish. And in the parking lot he had a blowout that left us both in need of a change of clothes. I didn't get her name but there was an employee who was so helpful. I told her my size and asked for a dress that would be easy to slip on. She pointed me in the direction of the baby clothes and went off to find me a dress. It's rare a regular stores to have such helpful employees. I can't remember the last time an employee essentially shopped for me and did it so sweetly. It was a tough day and she made it a little less tough. And I got a cute dress and 2 new outfits for my Squish! And all without the looks one would expect when walking around a store with a baby wrapped in a blanket and poop stains on your pants. The ladies in the store were fantastic. And as always, the prices were right. And the store was clean and organized! read more
