I tried on a few outfits before purchasing anything. Surprisingly, the dressing room was dirty. There were used tissues/napkins on the wooden seat and floor. I almost did not want to touch anything that is the level of uncleanliness that was going on in there. I tried on my outfits and placed what I did not want in the restocking area. Since one of the dresses was too big, I went to the rack to look for the smaller size. I never looked at the dress to inspect it for damages etc., I only looked at the size. I purchased this item for an upcoming vacation, so I did not remove the items from the bags until about three weeks later while I was packing. At that time, I observed that not only was the slit in the back ripped straight up the seam, but the tag appeared crumbled almost like someone had worn and returned it. I tried calling the store, but they do not have a phone. I called Zara's customer service and the mall to determine if they had a direct number. The bottom line is that Zara stores cannot be contacted directly. I knew that the item was still eligible for return, but I still wanted to speak to someone about it. Thankfully, I returned the item without a problem, but not being able to reach someone locally was frustrating. If I purchase in store again, I will be sure to fully inspect all items before purchasing.

I was told that I would have to pay an additional 4.95 to ship the correct size even though that's what I originally order. The manager Murano told me there was NOTHING she could do. So now 4.95 for an order they shipped incorrectly and another 4.95 for the correct size (hopefully) and the price of gas. Beyond irritating. DO a better job ZARA.

It doesn't matter what time of day or the day of the week but there seems to always be a lengthy line. The most recent time was on a weekday and even though there were at least 15 people in line all the registers were not being utilized. They do have a huge inventory and a big selection a good prices, but for me I will pay more if it's easier to shop there than be punished when you're trying to check out. It's very good that they are at the mall with such a large space. I just hope they improve their cashier experience.

I like that the Gymboree is in a quieter side of the mall. The lady working there was great, very helpful, friendly and patient. I like the clothes as usual from Gymboree and I like the variety here as well. People should not be turned off by the prices because they are constantly introducing new lines and moving others to discounted section... However, occassionally if you really like something, you should just do it because it may not be left.

Walking down the brick road and bopping into stores is what this past Sunday consisted of. The prices were a bit pricey for something a child will outgrow super fast, but the quality looked and felt up to par with the prices. The whole store was basically 50% off so they run deals! The no-return policy was not posted, and I was never informed of it, before or after I made my purchase. Also, the items are deceptively priced, which is why I was hoping to return in the first place. Lastly, good luck exchanging! They don't maintain good inventory, so if you're looking to exchange for sizes, they probably don't have the size you need. I would not recommend shopping here, but especially don't buy gifts here. You are setting a mom up for a very unpleasant experience when she tries to return something or exchange it. I can't believe a business can run this way and still stay open. They don't honor their advertised sales, by leaving them dubious and vague. My fifth grader described her as "disagreeable." It's about the sale not about customer satisfaction. I suppose this explains their empty parking lot. Plus I hear it's going to be a CVS in the near future.
