Between my last visit and this visit all but two of the registers have been replaced with Self-service checkouts. I HATE SELF-SERVE CHECKOUTS. And it's been close to a year since my last visit. Overall the visit was decent and I found everything I was looking for. Despite having to hunt down an employee and having to scan-n-pay my own self the visit was ok. So 4-stars to this PX.

I disagree with the parents' poor review due to the strict curfew policy. I was at the mall the day…read morethe fight broke out in the food court shortly before the curfew was implemented. My husband and I are senior citizens, and we felt very unsafe and didn't go to the mall again until after the curfew went into place. The parents' complaints about the curfew being enforced shows that it works. My husband and I feel safe at the mall again and patronize the stores there regularly since the curfew was implemented. It's a shame that a few bad actors forced the mall to implement the curfew, but the majority of mallgoers seem to be happy with it. As a reminder, parents of teenagers can still go with their teenagers to the mall and let them hang out with their friends as long as they're supervised during curfew hours. I think one adult can supervise up to 4 kids during curfew hours. Kids can always hang out there unsupervised during noncurfew hours, which I think is only Fridays and Saturdays after 3pm.

However, a lot of the higher end stores has closed up. I must have a relax mind to come into this mall as it can be overwhelming with some mall guests and crowds. Today it was very mellow for it all. There are eateries around the mall with some anchor restaurants. There are relaxing massage chairs placed around the mall, as well as bathroom in the different sections of the mall all numbered access identified.

After an hour and 15 minutes, I got a text saying they were beginning my service. After two hours, I went up to the desk to check. A woman said it was almost done. Nearly 30 minutes later, it was finally ready. So 2.5 hours, not one hour. Lucky for me, I had the time to wait. So the tirr center staff was nice but the whole process took half a day with my travel there & back.

So, it's 7:28pm and I have called the store at least 12 times with no one answering the phone. The one time the phone was answered she directed me to photo and no one answered the phone. I am extremely disappointed in this Walmart. I drove out of my way to get these pictures and I spent all day trying to get these photos and I have nothing. I wasted my entire day! I am beyond pissed. I visited the Marshall's today looking for particular items…read more I was pleasantly surprised to find garments in my size and on clearance. I didn't notice one of the garments didn't have a price tag at all, and so when I went to the clerk to be rung up, she pointed it out. I told her that I got it from the same clearance rack, and that there were other garments on the rack of the same brand. She started speaking low and put it to the side; I was under the assumption that she would perhaps call an associate for assistance to find a similar item. No! She just put that item to the side! I told her, I still wanted it, and if it was possible to get something similar. The other garment set I was rung up for was the same price - clearance - and same THING - right down to the quantity in the set! It was just not the same brand. She then shrugged her shoulders and offered a sheepish smile, and I just took that as my indication that I was going to have to get this item myself. So I went - walk of shame - while there were associates in the area who were on walkie and could have easily been communicated with to find an item - to find it myself. I initially became frustrated when I returned to the queue and found it to have accumulated quite a line. I was relieved to see that the clerk waved me back to my spot - though I'm not sure if the customers in front of me were going to be serviced or were communicated with in any capacity... Asides from the lack of initiative from customer service - the merchandise selection is pretty broad and there is are generous clearance deals throughout the store. I was able to find what I was looking for and some things that crossed my mind.
