I usually shop at the Lakeline Target but was in Cedar Park on 11/16/13 and thought I would stop in for my weekly groceries. The shelves were barely stocked. The checkout girl I had was absolutely the worst! She was incredibly slow and bagged chemicals with food and put bread on the bottom of my bag. When I got home I saw my receipt and that I was charged for 13 bunches of cilantro when I only bought one... totaling $12.87 for one bunch of cilantro. I tried to locate her name on my receipt but no such luck. I'd like to go in to complain and try to get reimbursed but I don't live in this area. Lesson learned, steer clear of this Target. read more

The people here are great, they are very willing to help and patient with my questions. The problem is that often times the products are out of date. More than once I have gotten home and realized that something had expired. read more

God i f-ing hate whoever decides on your bs anti theft packaging. Seriously a $20 DVD has more security on it than a f-ing car. I get home with my Moana DVD to find that your clerk left the f-ing package on. then I was faced with a choice. Load up the whole family and drive 45 minutes back and then stand in line for half an hour to get what I f-ing paid for while dealing with a crying three year old or try to get it opened. All because you are more worried about loss than customer satisfaction. Well f you. Now I have a gash on my hand but at least three year old is happy. . Amazon and fandango from now on. I hope the .00001% you had in decreased loss was worth the fact that no one wants to deal with the hassles you pose. read more

Andrea was extremely rude and didn't offer help when she saw my frustration, but rather wanted to have a "conversation" with me about how her section was messy?? I will personally admit I angrily shoved a bag hanging off of a display out of my way, but I do contest that I did her a service by fixing it properly onto the display!! Regardless, my actions aren't justified (should've left the bag out of place for Andrea to fix it). However, I don't find it necessary that I was chased across the store as Andrea repeatedly paged a manager behind me. When I finally turned around to face her and asked what she was on about, she explained "i was fucking up her section" and that "we have a problem" and we "are going to have a conversation about it". I told her there was no problem other than I couldn't find a simple black long sleeve shirt in her messy section. I proceeded without her on my tail, but ultimately decided to leave. As I walked out, she and a taller dark haired woman were speaking and I heard Andrea mention "Crazy bitch throws the bag [something something] And I said uh no!" to her coworker as they laughed. They made eye contact with me and stopped in their tracks. I politely gestured to the long line behind them that they needed to get down and asked them to have a blessed day. What's really funny is that she had "helped" me before hand and told me they were all out of a shirt I saw on display. Within a few minutes, I find a rack full of the item. Andrea has no sense of good customer service. Coming from years of retail background myself, I don't appreciate Andrea's lack of concern for anything other than gossiping with her coworkers when she should be fixing up her section! read more

Quite simply, we love this Target. Very clean, good employees, and it has everything.

I'm not sure if this is the correct area to put this review as I was dealing with the technology department, but I am extremely disappointed as I love this Target. I went in yesterday inquiring about updating my phone with Sprint since the sprint store itself did not have the phone I wanted in stock. I spoke with Kurt yesterday and he thoroughly explained my options of a two year contract (which I wanted) or the leasing option he was very helpful and informative. I came back today to go ahead and upgrade, and Sarah H was the one at the desk. She was extremely rude (why are you in customer service) and she blatantly lied to me saying sprint doesn't even offer a two year contract anymore and that my only option was leasing. Completely opposite of what Kurt had explained to me. I also had a run in with her last week when wanting to purchase a Fitbit Blaze, she acted as if she never saw me as she was helping a customer I was just not acknowledged at all until another associate walked by and noticed. I ended up going to the sprint store and they still in fact do offer a 2 year contract. I'm just extremely frustrated someone so rude is working in a sales and customer service atmosphere. I come to target probably once a week and I've never had this type of experience. read more

Very impressed with the staff at this location. I made a visit on 06/11/17 and every interaction was very positive.

About 50% of the staff are useless here. I see variations of red and khaki-dressed employees walking around, standing around, gossiping with employees, rubbing phones. The shelves are never stocked; always out of items. Employees are untrained and resort to saying "no" because that is easier than investigating if a "yes" is possible or why it's a "no." Last night I walked by a customer who was confronting the store manager about the long wait for staff availability in a certain department, and concluding her frustration at the delay in the actual manager to make an appearance. Manager replies "but I was in back," or "I just found out about this," as if her excuse would get her out of this mess. TARGET MANAGERS: stop being lazy and hiding in the back, turn up your 2-way radio, keep the shelves stocked and your floors staffed. Lead by example. read more

Target has started going down hill so bad! The shoe section at this store is always cluttered and gross and now that's started happening throughout the whole store! I used to love target but now I can't stand to go in there. They say they have low prices but they don't, it's disappointing that they went down hill like that read more

The Target in Cedar Park used to be my favorite store. The store now looks like a store in a third world country. The shelves are EMPTY, every single department. Many food items that are on the shelves are expired. The employees are not friendly at all, especially at the cash registers. I see employees talking to each other in groups at the front of the store but there are only one or two registers open. The cashiers do not load your groceries into your cart ever! To me, this is a nice curtesy that every store offers except Target. Why would anyone want to shop in a store where they don't have the products one needs and the employees are unfriendly. To me, this speaks poorly of management. I will say the employees at the Starbucks are always friendly and kind. read more

Sunday at 2:30 in the afternoon and 3 registers open. More than 4 people in line at each. Of course there is the self checkout but you can't use Cartwheel there and it's just a pain in general. This used to be a quick place to stop in, but the checkout situation is ridiculous. read more

I think I'm done with Target. Having been injured recently I've needed to use the motorized carts in the store to get around. Good luck with that! It is impossible to get through the aisles in the clothing department because they are so cramped. I continuously crashed into the clothes racks and there was no way to get through. I mentioned this to a manager who was nice but really didn't care. He said there were "regulations" that dictated the distance between racks. He also said I should contact a "team member" who would help me. Ha ha....you try finding a team member. This combined with the store's inability to help me locate the simplest item (rice milk) and the ridiculous prices....I'm done. read more

After an early morning coffee, I came here looking to score some cheap winter ware and a late Christmas present for my niece. The staff were quite helpful when I asked them to help me "unlock" a Swiss Army knife as a present for my ice. Then, I remembered that I needed printer paper. I asked the associate closest to me where the office supplies were (usually it is easy to spot the sign above the department, but the shelves here are a little higher than at a normal Target and cut off the view). He didn't know offhand, but he got out what appeared to be a smart phone and typed in my query. Moments later, we had the answer and he lead me to the Office/School section. Once I had loaded up my paper, I went to the cashier who was helpfully standing in the aisle. Again, this was early Sunday morning and few shoppers were there. The cashier was quite friendly and easy to talk to. We had a short conversation about the new chip cards. It was a GREAT shopping experience! read more
