AMAZING! Honestly, I could spend hours here and it still wouldn't be enough. I went in on a Friday night after work and there was only a handful of ppl in the store. LOVED THIS FOR ME. When I shop for anything, I just want to look around without feeling like someone is watching me, wondering why I'm taking so long, and/or asking if I need help over and over again. I love that this was not the case here. I ran into a few workers through out the store with whom I exchanged a smile and head nod but other than that, was left alone while I perused this enormous store. I stopped in originally to look at the art work and was not disappointed at all. There were so many beautiful items to look through. Everything was nicely arranged and the store was super clean. They also have a large selection of chachkies which are a little higher priced than say At Home. My boyfriend and I visited on a Saturday so they were a bit busy and didn't seem to have too much employees working but I feel like that's pretty much everywhere right now. It fits the space perfectly (I am terrible at measuring, so I measured, measured, and measure, then blocked it off with painter's tape, daughter's suggestion). I don't remember the salesman's name, but he was so helpful. We measured, we looked at the various woods, I knew the finish I wanted and the hardware. I did not feel rushed, so I was able to take my time to make the right decisions. I will admit the wait time was hard, I wanted it now. But the wait was so very worth it! The desk is so beautiful, and I am very proud of it and how it makes my home office look. Sitting at my new desk, with things put away, within reach, I feel so much more productive. One nightstand had to be ordered and it matched perfectly. I also ordered four countertop chairs. They were the exact wood and color I chose and the contour seats and back are beautifully made. I looked elsewhere for comparable chairs/stools and felt these were a bargain compared to what I saw. This store is family run and Roy and his son were a pleasure to work with. It did take around three months to get the items I ordered but build time fell with the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays as well as bad weather in the Midwest. Very happy with my purchase.

We paid $3,600 for two of them (cash) (pictures attached) They were delivered in 6 weeks (faster than usual these days) and we pain over $200 for their "White Glove" delivery and set up. However, after all that money, and anticipation, one of them was delivered without a power cord (the one with the hassock). The "White Glove" delivery guy advised me to call the Ashley parts department. You would think, at these prices, Ashley would have instituted a Quality Control position there. It's like having a new 60" TV mounted on your wall that you can't watch! Please read these reviews BEFORE making major purchases! Joe Pesci was right, "They always screw you at the drive thru!"
