The staff was not only friendly, but genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we needed. They took the time to answer our questions, explain the differences in quality, and made us feel completely confident in our choice. We ended up finding the perfect couch -- it's beautiful, comfortable, and feels like it was made just for our living room. The craftsmanship and quality are even better than we expected, and we can already tell it's going to last for years. What really impressed us was their service. They offered on-time, same-day delivery, and they delivered exactly when they said they would. Everything was set up perfectly, and we didn't have to lift a finger except to open our front door. Austin Furniture Outlet made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We are so happy with our purchase, and we will definitely be back for our next piece of furniture. AMAZING! Honestly, I could spend hours here and it still wouldn't be enough. I went in on a Friday night after work and there was only a handful of ppl in the store. LOVED THIS FOR ME. When I shop for anything, I just want to look around without feeling like someone is watching me, wondering why I'm taking so long, and/or asking if I need help over and over again. I love that this was not the case here. I ran into a few workers through out the store with whom I exchanged a smile and head nod but other than that, was left alone while I perused this enormous store. I stopped in originally to look at the art work and was not disappointed at all. There were so many beautiful items to look through. Everything was nicely arranged and the store was super clean. I will most definitely be back!

It fits the space perfectly (I am terrible at measuring, so I measured, measured, and measure, then blocked it off with painter's tape, daughter's suggestion). I don't remember the salesman's name, but he was so helpful. We measured, we looked at the various woods, I knew the finish I wanted and the hardware. I did not feel rushed, so I was able to take my time to make the right decisions. I will admit the wait time was hard, I wanted it now. But the wait was so very worth it! The desk is so beautiful, and I am very proud of it and how it makes my home office look. Sitting at my new desk, with things put away, within reach, I feel so much more productive. Roy and crew worked with me scheduling delivery, since I was going to be out of town. The set up crew were quick, efficient, and very nice. I highly recommend Amish Furniture, Austin.

There is a huge gap where the seat cushion meets the back cushion that makes both couches extremely uncomfortable and painful on the lower back. The huge gap is present while simply sitting upright or reclining. It's awful and so bad for the back to have a huge open void like that when you're just sitting upright on the couches. The stuffing on the couches and recliner armchair also compresses and leaves dented in areas. But the huge gap is the worst!
