She took us around showed couple of options we tried 3 mattress. We asked if they had some more options in Firm. The sales girl reached out and check with the manager on duty that day that if the store had some more options. And here's the reply that came to us from the supervisor/manager "I think she has shown you all / you have already tried the firmest mattresses options that we have. That would be the firmest that we have any if you want something firmer than that, then there is granite available in Home depot next door - we got you covered " Really, this is how you talk to your customer's ! Probably you don't know that yes there are mattress available which are Firm and not stone or granite ! Do you know Beauty rest has them ... If your store doesn't carries it you have no right to taunt the customer ! This is how you treat your potential customers ! Not at all acceptable . Horrible customer service !
