Not staying on top of the sale he made. The person to inform me of the late delivery some poor kid, who had nothing to do with my original transaction.

He also made sure to tell me that Living Spaces had a cafe. I'll get to that later. But first, it's a huge store. I like how the furniture is spaced out, no tight squeeze to get from here to there. The walkways were very spacious. Plus, this gives you a good view. Also, years ago, I bought the Nate and Jeremiah bedroom set. So I know the quality of their furniture and delivery service. I mean, they have the best delivery service, including same-day delivery--the bedroom I purchased on a Sunday at about noon. By the way, the mattress I bought was at a very good price. Well, my bedroom arrived at my place the same day at 6:00pm. The delivery guy put it together in just a few minutes. They had me look over how it was arranged in my bedroom in case I needed to have the set moved to a different area. Now the recliner wasn't in stock, so I had to wait, which I didn't mind at all. On my way to the cafe, I noticed a big play area for children. It was in a glass enclosure. It was pretty nice, with plenty of things for the little ones to do, and I'm sure I saw some of the Living Spaces staff working in that area, too. But the cafe was a lovely surprise. It's a two-story, and can be a standalone restaurant on its own outside of Living Spaces. It's nice to see Living Spaces thought of everything. I ordered the pizza, a bag of nachos, and a drink. The pizza was so good that I thought about stopping by to order the pizza again. But most of all, I want to thank you, Living Spaces, and your staff. I came to your store after a horrific car accident, barely could walk with bruised ribs, lungs, and a busted face. The doctor sent me there to purchase a recliner to heal my broken body. But your team didnt care how I looked, or the moans from pain, or how the tears seeped out. They were there to help. The young gentleman who sold me the recliner was so kind and patient with me. The young lady who sold the bedroom set and the gentleman who sold me the mattress were all so kind. The delivery guys were the best. I couldn't even talk because of the pain. Your delivery guys took charge and set up everything so beautifully. So, I like to say thank you very much!

I didn't manage to grab a photo of it, but there was a bunch of crushed hot Cheetos on some clothes. Please see the photos and see for yourself. I'm not blaming the employees because I suspect that the store is very shortstaffed and not being given the payroll budget they need to hire additional help. On the day I went shopping I ran into so many customers not even wanting to shop for clothes because of how disorganized and messy everything was. And it's not just messy. It's unsanitary! With flu and cold season coming up, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Either in the store shopping or drive up. It's really easy to shop in the app for pick up especially because they offer a larger variety of baby items (Stonyfield yogurt) than the local grocery store. I just shop in the app and select drive up. If an item you want for pick up is out of stock, they will either make a substitution if you opted for one, offer you to pick it up from another location, ship it to you, or cancel it. Usually when you order online the minimum is $35 or orders placed using your Target RedCard can score you free shipping. The staff at this store is helpful and drive up has always gone smoothly. The layout makes sense and it is easy to find items. I still love the OG scanning machines to find the price. TIP: I've scanned items using my phone with the Target app, but sometimes items can be marked as clearance without the sticker. I scored kid's boots on clearance. The app had a higher price than the store. TIP: if you have Sprint/T-Mobile, the cell phone service is horrible in the shopping area so be sure to screenshot the drive up code once you get it as the employee needs it to close out your order if you're picking up.
