The owner Austin and his partner are both military veterans. He will give you the history about him and his battle buddy Jesse. While we didnt get to meet Jesse in person during our visit because he was at their Georgetown location, you will understand how much Austin and Jesse are truly battle buddies from the Army. Austin told us we should have said something up front about being veterans, but i wanted to experience raw interaction and understand how this place treats it's customers. Both my wife and I had a fantastic experience shopping at Mattress Gallery Direct. Austin was straightforward, honest, and followed through on everything he promised. As a veteran-owned business, their commitment to integrity and leadership is very apparent. ​What stood out the most was the respect we were shown. In many retail environments, customers are often judged the moment they walk through the door, but Austin provided an inclusive and welcoming experience from start to finish. To top it off as people would walk in or to pickup their own mattress, Austin and one of his subordinates treated everyone the same way as equals. He didn't try to sell anything to anyone they didn't want or was out of their budget. He was straight forward with another guy and offered up front the mattresses that were within his budget. Austin was straightforward everyone. He was able to make another deal while closing a deal with us. My wife and I chose a commercial king mattress that fit within our budget and comfort levels that we wanted. I came back an hour later to buy a queen mattress for our teenage son. They offer zero percent financing if you qualify and they do offer military discount to veterans. The integrity of my experience was astonishing because Austin explained about while the bank is offering zero percent finance, he said if you add up th 12-month payments, you will be short of the full payment. He told us to make sure we paid it off in full before the 12 month mark because if not it will be 34%. It's refreshing to support a business that treats everyone with genuine professionalism regardless of appearances. If you want a no-pressure, respectful, and honest mattress shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting this mattress store. Truthfully overall, my experience wasn't just another mattress store experience. I felt like we were treated with respect and Austin provided us a delightful customer experience.

I love you can move this couch and make it whatever you need but, doing it by yourself your will get one heck of a work out not as easy as all the videos you see on there site but granted they have like 5-7 people moving the stuff around. So fast forward to now 2022 I deciding needed 2 more seats and the same covers I was super excited for it but, once I got slightly disappointed when I got because the fabric is different and the base of the couch is a slightly different. I then was like ok no big deal the covers will cover that and you won't be able to see it anyways right? No the covers I got are the same color but the fabric is different and the zipper is now blue/teal. Thank goodness I can put those pieces in the back and you can't really tell to much. I have OCD and I am a little upset but I don't want to go in and have them replace all of my covers so they all match. But grow with me no they are not unless you want slightly different stuff each time you buy.. please don't say grow with me and then change it.

I placed an order for a sectional during sale (May 22) as we were told this discount was best yet to find out this 35% is available on every holiday. I was encouraged to order now, even though my home was not built yet in order to take full advantage. I was reassured (in person) that I still had a 60 day trial period and they'd honor that if we hated it. This was my reason for placing the order with that specific store. Unfortunately, our home took a little longer than we anticipated to complete. I sent a message July 16th asking to extend our delivery to later (so that I could actually take advantage of the 60 day in home trial). I was told it had to be release 7/23 and to anticipate 2-3 weeks for delivery. They could not hold. To make matter more complicated, I was not getting email notifications from FedEx and they dropped the sofa off without our knowledge (at property that was still under construction. On 9/23 I got a text reminder that 9/25 was the end of my "in home trial". I immediately responded how we were still not in our house and haven't set it up. I asked what happened if we didn't have all the parts etc. they told me if anything is wrong the warranty would cover it and encouraged me to open all the boxes (20+!?) to verify everything was there. I said "gosh I don't think that's physically possible". To where they said " ...just keep us in the loop... we should be able to figure something out...". January 18 just as soon as we got everything set up, I texted that the anything table is not the right color, and wasn't functional in the current set up. While they were friendly about it- the answer is that I am outside the 60 day trial window. They wouldn't even offer to exchange it for any entire additional section- which would benefit them (costs more). So, I am stuck with a non functional anything table that looks horrible. I cannot provide a positive rating because customer service is 75% the reason we chose Lovesac. We are very disappointed!
