He was amazing, he was helpful, he was empathetic and understanding and professional. Richard helped me find the perfect mattress for my mother based on the frame size and her individual needs. He also helped me find the perfect boxspring. He had it delivered in two days! The delivery was smooth without any hiccups. They showed up exactly on time and they were friendly and they were efficient. One good thing about the store that they have the mattresses in back and they can be sampled before purchase so there's no guess work. They also have an amazingly comfortable and lasting pillows. I bought myself a nice pillow there two years ago and I still use it to this day. It is the best pillow I've ever had. My son has purchased two mattresses from the store and this is my second purchase from the store. I actually drive all the way to round rock just to visit this store because of my confidence in their abilities and the anticipated perfect outcome. This is the only store that I will go to for my pillows and my mattresses or any other sleep needs. They also have bed frames. I don't know how a manager or any employee does not see this and get the proper person to take care of it. I told a couple of employees about the overflowing can on Saturday, May 1, around noon.
