For context, we were looking for a specific brand used in high end hotels which they carried. Daryl was our guy. He answered our bazillion questions, we tested every mattress they had and finally picked the one for us. We negotiated a good deal including 2 cool pillows and cool mattress cover and it was delivered yesterday by Christian and Jorge, 2 good guys who were very respectful and efficient. Last night was the BEST SLEEP we've had in a longtime. Easy 5 stars from start to finish.

Delivery was the next day and even the delivery guys were very accommodating. The delivery guys noticed a slight tear in the box spring and immediately set up an order to replace it. I was fine with it but they insisted it be replaced. Manny was so dedicated to providing the best experience he even called me the next day to follow and remind me that I had 30 days to try out my mattress and wanted to make arrangements for the next day delivery of the replacement box spring. Honestly, this was the best experience I ever had buying a mattress set as most places are very high pressure/ sell you the most expensive set. It was extremely uncomfortable and I asked to return it, as many good mattresses are guaranteed and returnable. He asked for pictures proving it was sinking in the middle. I submitted them to the specs he gave me and he asked for more. I said it was sitting on the floor and he said the warrantee won't cover the mattress unless it's on a piece of furniture. A platform bed does not cause the mattress to act differently. He said that he'd get the warranty to me and did not, nor did he stand up for the warrantee. There is no guarantee When I went to see if the warrantee actually stated this, I found that my mattress was a "Golden Mattress", a company from Houston, and the Golden Essence, which I bought from Guthrie for 600, costs $295 new from the factory. He marked up the mattress 200%, or double!!! I see at the bottom of the receipt: "All Sales Final, No Refunds". Guthrie should add "No guarantees, no warranties". This man is unethical, he lied and mislead me and wouldn't back up his product. My back hurts from sleeping on this mattress and I can't afford a new one after I blew $689.50 on this one on 11.12.22. It breaks my heart, as a friend bought me this and wasted his money. I don't want for anyone else to make this mistake.
