When I inquired more specifically, I learned that those were not "the Dubai chocolates." I appreciate the sales associate's honesty. They have a plethora of wall hangings. It is quite impressive the sayings they have on some of their wall hangings. If you are looking for some unique hearts for Valentine's day, Sugarboo is your go to place. The staff is southern hospitality friendly. They welcome any questions and if you are looking for something specifically, they will let you know exactly where it is in the store. This store is very affordable. Importantly, it has unique items that you will not find in every store you frequent.

From pillows to placemats to notepads to candles to sweaters and shirts and comforters and pet items. Oh my! This store has so many fun products that are great gift giving ideas at reasonable prices. I visited from California on a work trip and super bummed I didn't bring a bigger suitcase because I would've bought so many gifts to give. I believe this store is female owned, and have store locations throughout the south. Their staff is sweet and accommodating, and every gift comes with a beautiful gift wrapping that's complementary. They have plenty of parking as they are part of a mall and there is tons of parking stalls. Can't wait to come back and visit this store on my next work trip. It will definitely be on my list of things to do when I visit Austin, Texas and in the mood for shopping.

I am very familiar with this brand as it is very popular in Seattle, WA. I was very surprised to see a RH in Austin. We could not resist popping in for a short while. I am still in need of some bathroom items. Immediately, we noticed large chandeliers and furniture. I do not think these items were meant for a residential dwelling. It was nonetheless fascinating to peruse the store. Specifically, I was hoping to find bathroom accessories like cotton ball, Q-tip and toothbrush holders. Unfortunately, they did not have these items in store. We were greeted warmly and pointed to the part of the RH store we were most interested in seeing. Most of their bedding, sofas and drapes were in muted whites, beiges or off white. Off hand, I thought it would be the type of furniture and bedding Kim Kardashian would likely purchase. RH is not for the faint at heart with regard to price. Their pricing was a bit to rich for my blood. I do not remember RH being quite that expensive. They do have nice things.

1 star for a beautiful building and layout of furniture thats it. The rest.. don't waste your time…read moreor definitely NOT your money here. The vibes from most of the staff here... terrible. 0 stars for the snobbery and "we don't have time for you" attitude. The only person who seemed to want to earn my business in an honest and helpful way was the kind young gentleman greeter in the front. Like many other reviewers it just seems like the peeps here don't want to work or even look up and say Hi how are you. Basic retail sales 101. In college I worked part time at a high end furniture store. Customer service was #1 and constantly checked on. I was super excited to visit this flagship location and get some guidance in furnishing for some key statement pieces from here. That fell short real fast. We got "assigned" a gal who seemed very uninterested in helping us. She kept asking in a weird way if we were ready to buy and I was like I don't even know what you have nor sizes, costs. The vibes were very off putting like she had better places to go yet NO ONE else was in the store. The pieces we were looking at she gave no more info on what it is. What aesthetic we were going for. The salesmanship and sincerity was totally lacking. My hubs and I were pretty bummed about the experience here. We came home, visited our local store and immediately 3 people came up to greet us, ask if we had any q's. 1 salesperson drew up our space, told us options on how different table shapes would fit depending on 8-10 people sitting. Asked about the colors of our floors, chairs we were thinking of, rugs.. etc. We got more kindness and helpfulness out of the 15min at our local RH store than this place. We definitely WON'T be back here to waste our time or our hard earned money. Management needs to run a basic customer service session at this location.

I've had the pleasure of meeting everyone there--from Mr. Kaskas, who founded the business, to his sons Safi and Sam, as well as their employee, Austin. Every one of them is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful, with an impressive variety of rugs across both galleries. I was also struck by how long the family has been in business here in Austin and by their outstanding reputation for both sales and services, including cleaning and repair. We began by purchasing one large rug for our living room, but I soon became fascinated by rug history and craftsmanship and went deep into researching different styles and techniques. Safi generously shared his expertise, explaining each rug's origin, age, materials, and durability. We selected several rugs in the gallery, and they brought them to our home--because nothing compares to seeing a rug in your own space. Safi helped guide me through the final decisions, truly understanding my taste and, more importantly, my reasons for choosing certain pieces--not just for value or price, but for their history, artistry, and craftsmanship. Because of this enriching experience, we ended up purchasing rugs for the rest of our home. I'm completely in love with all of them and feel a sense of joy every time I walk through the house. We now have a beautiful collection and, I suspect, a lifelong passion for rug collecting. I highly recommend Kaskas Rug Gallery--you will be very well served by them.

It was easy since I already knew the dimensions and they went through a few huge piles to help me find what I thought would work best. After selecting several options, they pulled them out of the pile and laid them side by side on the floor for comparison. Once I made the final selection, they offered me a very good deal. I purchased the rug and it came with protective mat that went underneath. They stand by the life of the rug and you can even bring it back for cleaning. The rug I purchased was the perfect size and it looks amazing under the piano.
