My boyfriend and I are appalled by how we were treated in the Georgetown location. We were simply browsing around for a new mattress because we were moving and we were looking at the tempur-pedic mattresses because those are our favorite and the sales person came over and told us not to touch them because we couldn't afford it. I have never been told that before at a mattress store, I understand we look young but we were serious buyers and potential, but after that I will never being doing business at that location again. Manny knocked it out of the park and gave me a great deal on a FIRM mattress and box spring set. They even set me up with some of their amazing pillows and provided the rails for my box spring. Delivery was the next day and even the delivery guys were very accommodating. The delivery guys noticed a slight tear in the box spring and immediately set up an order to replace it. I was fine with it but they insisted it be replaced. Manny was so dedicated to providing the best experience he even called me the next day to follow and remind me that I had 30 days to try out my mattress and wanted to make arrangements for the next day delivery of the replacement box spring. Honestly, this was the best experience I ever had buying a mattress set as most places are very high pressure/ sell you the most expensive set. Before buying a $5000 bed I did a lot of research and shopping around. It is a hard thing for me to pull the trigger on a bed that is that expensive. Joe was very knowledgeable, personable and caring. He obviously cared more about our good sleep and the satisfaction in our new bed than he did in the sale. Some time ago my wife and I both felt that our seven year old Sleep Number bed was no longer giving us a good night's sleep. In considering a new mattress we originally visited a competitor's store and felt they were more interested in selling us their most expensive mattress, which is the first one they led us to and pushed the hardest, than in finding the mattress that was most suitable for us. Several weeks ago while out running errands we stopped at Factory Mattress and met Robby Saul, the District Manager, who was covering the showroom that day. Unlike our experience with their competitor, Robby inquired about out sleeping habits, preferences, what we were replacing and why and then showed us a variety of mattresses that may fit our needs. The first was hardly their most expensive. Robbie took the time to explain the differences and was patient as we compared and worked through the process of elimination. Ultimately we purchased one on the higher end of the price range but did so because we found it the most comfortable, not because we were steered to it. Delivery was scheduled for the next day and was right on time. In addition to the king mattress and pillows, we also purchased a queen size metal frame to replace the frame in a spare bedroom. Several days later when unpacking the frame I realized that they had sent a king frame. As we needed it that day, I called the store and Sharon checked to see if they had a delivery truck in the area. They did not, but said if I could stop by the store and get the correct frame, they would pick up the king frame later. As I was able to get it in the car, I returned it and picked up a queen frame. It was certainly just a minor issue but I was both pleased and surprised when Sharon told me that they would be making an adjustment to our credit card for the inconvenience. I didn't have to ask and the adjustment was more than fair. When we purchased the mattress Robby explained their return policy and mentioned that it often takes time to adjust to a new bed and for that reason they ask that you give it 30 days before considering an exchange. Well the first night in that bed I must have tossed and turned for, oh, 15 or 20 seconds and then it was lights out. That mattress won't be going back. All in all, we are very pleased with the mattress, felt we were treated both fairly and courteously by both Robby and Sharon and would definitely recommend Factory Mattress. read more

I had a serious issue with my mattress and the attention given my issue at my visit and I wrote a negative Yelp review! I was immediately contacted by the area manager Jorge and he assured me that he would see that I was happy with my mattress. Some of the blame lie with me so I am even more pleased that they went out of their way to help me. I went to the store today to work out the details with the lady that I had issue with on my prior visit. Her name is Bonnie, She was correct in her stating of the store policy so I had no problem with that. She was very helpful today and helped us through the process. We have updated our mattresses and should have them after we get back from vacation. They do take their customers well being to heart. This mattress retailer shares the same high pressure sales tactics used by many other mattress retailers. I was able to get able to get a decent price on a beautyrest bed by providing documentation of a MUCH lower price on a similar bed at Conn's This Beautyrest retailed for $1500 on "sale" for 999. I ended up paying $515 by insisting they honor their price match guarantee they advertise. That tells me the salesperson had no qualms about getting an extra $500 out of an unprepared shopper.
