In fact, all their Austin signs and Keep Austin Weird signs were a draw to venture into the store. Austin's Furniture depot is located on Burnet Road and offers a unique mix of new furniture, statement pieces, and items from local artists. This is not your typical furniture store. Surprisingly, the Austin signs are quite affordable. I asked Shawn one of the store managers, what do folks do with all these signs. He responded by saying the put them in their homes and businesses. One of the eye-catching items in the addition to the signage, are the abstract and unusual artwork covered in shiny glass. I love abstract anything, therefore, I was very intrigued. They also had some individuals featured in the pictures with bold and colorful features. Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. In full transparency, I did not know what the durability or longevity of furniture would be purchased at outlet. For clothing at an outlet, the hem could be off, button missing or another small imperfection. One would expect furniture to be durable and long lasting. Four Hands Outlet carries medium grade furniture. It appears to be foundational type furniture. There were a number of tables, chairs and sofa to peruse in the store. I will likely pop by when the tent is fully stocked. It is important to note that Four Hands Outlet has earned a number of Yelp awards. The sales representative shared her knowledge of what was going to be included in the sale, although her knowledge was limited. The furniture ranges from low to medium price range.

He was not pushy or salesy at all and was just very nice and helpful. Delivery was only $100 and he said they could deliver it same day! We couldn't believe it. We found a leather reclining couch that we liked and was a great price ($300 less than a similar one we almost bought at another store). We browsed dining room tables while we were there and got one a glass table with 4 chairs for less than $400. What a deal. The delivery guys literally came within 2 hours to our apartment and unloaded, set everything up, and threw away the boxes and trash. Amazing service. One chair had a short leg and so the delivery man took it back and brought a new one 2 days later, even on a holiday weekend! Amazing. Would 100% recommend this furniture store and we will be a repeat customer.

It was too high to climb into! Christy heard us out and looked up the order, arranged for the right box springs to be exchanged and helped us get the right recliner. Unlike ALL of the other salespeople she had no issue helping out a customer who worked with another salesperson. Once the others greeted us, heard we had worked with someone else it was hands off ... only guidance..you need to go back to the original salesperson. In this case they were at another store in another city and did not understand a customers needs to recommend the right stuff from yhe beginning. Christy saw the delivery through to the end. So if you want furniture Star has beautiful furniture. But ask for Christy...don't work with anyone else. And Star, if you are reading this review train your salespeople to help everyone and more so train them to learn what a person really needs. You have an amazing selection. But you have no clue how to sell to old people! If you want some one to come train your folks on old people , aging and furniture I have the person for you!

The details are below and I have pictures and text messages to back this up. On 24 Aug 2025: Star Furniture consultant (Maria P) informed us a price on a new bed frame was good for 2 weeks and that we had time to go purchase a new mattress, then when we knew the mattress delivery date we could order the bed frame to be delivered on the same day. This baited us to call back after we purchased the mattress. Sale Price: $2669 List Price: $3669 On 28 Aug 2025: We called back to purchase the bed from and were told (By consultant Angela) the was now $4787. That was $2116 more than we were quoted 4 days prior and told the price was good for 2 weeks. Sale Price: $4787 List Price: $6587 On 1 Sep 2025: We thought it was an error. So, we called back to talk with the original consultant (Maria P) a few days later. The original consultant remembers us and said she would try to get the price down but failed to do so. This seemed to be a deceptive practice in commerce. Telling us the price was good and then encouraging us to come back later to make the final purchase, and then jacking the price up. I left a very bad feeling that we were trying to be taken advantage of. So, we ended up going to a different furniture store to purchase the bed frame. This is sad because we liked a lot of items they had for sale and may have purchased more items at the location if they hadn't done the bait switch.

If I could give a ZERO review, I would. Here is why-…read more 1. Delivery took 2 months - one was because of inclement weather, which I understand, but charged another delivery fee!!! Unbelievable. Had to dispute that a few times. 2. The order that came was incorrect. I did not order a table and they said it was part of the set so I have no choice. The sales rep said they were separate pieces so no that is a lie or the rep doesn't know his products 3. I call and finally convince them that it was not ordered and I would like a refund so they say ok. 4. Relieved I am thinking wait a minute. What about restocking fee? I notice that they are charging me a restocking fee. Why???? I didn't order it. I live 2 hours away so difficult to drive in. But they say, go to the store. One says I will get refunded there, but the manager says she doesn't know. I asked to be directed to billing and she says there are no numbers for them. What!?!? 3. Now I am really angry with this service and I ask to be transferred to the store and she says she can not. Wow. I used to be a fan of Licung Spaces. Now definitely not and no more recommendations for them. Living spaces - do you ignore your reviews? They are very low, hope you get your act together.
