Avi was an absolutely delight. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. Very thoughtful approach in our initial meeting. So many images from their highly impressive portfolio to help us think through options. Excellent examples of communication and workflow from previous projects. Instantly ready to share previous customers we could reach out to for references. A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. Can't wait to work with them in the future.

The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

Rick helped us to source ideal materials for our kitchen and made suggestions that helped enhance the functionality of the space. Additionally, we have a toddler and his team did an excellent job working to accomodate nap schedules, playgroups, and cleaning up diligently to ensure our little one's safety in our home during construction. Several months after the remodel, when I had one or two minor issues (so small that I can no longer even recall what it was), Rick came out personally to fix them and ensure that everything was still meeting his standard of excellence. One of my dogs recently chewed one of the cabinet facings that housed the built in trash can, and Rick- who paid careful attention to my love for my baking and cookbook collection- also helped me to come up with a cookbook cabinet solution that will be built to put in its place (and will be far less enticing to our hungry pups!). We plan to do a gut remodel of our master bathroom in the near future, and we will use Austin Kitchen and Bath for that as well without hesitation. Their quality control, personal service, and attention to detail are fabulous and I am beyond happy with the care they put into creating a communal space that has become to hub of our home.

Five stars is not enough. After shopping the big box stores and a couple of other local semi custom cabinet vendors we discovered Brent and Round Rock Cabinets Direct. While we kind of knew what we wanted, Brent's knowledge and expertise guided us in the right direction. From our first e-mail exchanges, through the initial meeting (which was all it took for us to decide he was going to be our vendor), to the ordering and delivery we were pleased with the chosen cabinets and the service. I can be very hard to please and want the best deal possible for dollars spent. Brent and the manufacture excelled with service and product. Not having any experience I was very skeptical that the cabinet quality would sub par. Upon delivery and random inspection of a few cabinets that skepticism was greatly unfounded. A representative for our contractors was present for delivery and duly impressed with the quality of materials and craftsmanship. Brent's professionalism and customer service through the entire process should be a model used in all MBA programs. He is that good. Don't be impressed by flashy showrooms, easily baffled by double talk, or treated like you are sub human. Instead, give Brent a call, set-up an appointment and take a large amount of stress out of your new build or remodel. I was on a very tight time line after we closed on our new house on 10/31/14. I wanted to gut the kitchen, replace all the cabinets, flooring and countertops in the kitchen/living room and have family/friends over for Thanksgiving. Brent really seemed to listen to me and was very prompt with all interactions. He also was very good at replying to emails in a very timely manner. I had gotten a quote from another cabinet place in town that was recommended for low prices/high quality, all I seemed to get from them was high price and a long wait, I had also looked at the big box stores. None of them could get cabinets in a timely fashion 2-6 weeks is what I was told. I found Brent through Yelp and couldn't be happier! He ordered my cabinets (which was exactly what I had been looking for and really hadn't found yet)on 11/3/14 he had them installed on 11/12/14! The granite guy was right out after the cabinets were installed for final measurements. It was installed on 11/19/14, flooring was installed on 11/20-11/21/14 and we moved in that weekend. I couldn't be happier with the look of the cabinets and everything about my experience with Brent and Round Rock Cabinets Direct. DO NOT use this company. They are horrible. We were without a kitchen for over 3 weeks due to their incompetency. It's over 4 months now since they started and there are still a few small things not done. They came and tore down our kitchen without doing basic inventory checks after receiving our cabinets. Half of the stuff was either damaged, missing, or incorrect. Very poor communication throughout the process. Had only one installer...one guy. Delays delays delays all because they didn't get their ducks in a row before coming to demolish my kitchen. Greatly oversold me on crown molding and quarter round and refused to refund me. He left all the plastic wrap on the cabinets. Hinges were screwed on top of the plastic wrap so it was very difficult to get the plastic out of the hinges. For weeks, it just crinkled when you open and shut a cabinet door until I could take tweezers and get it all out. Left sawdust all in the cabinets. If you are looking for a turn key service, look elsewhere. They are just a reseller of Cabinet Wright and Waypoint cabinets. Many other places in Austin sell the same stuff for the same price. This company still owes me money and work. read more

I seldom take the time to review my experiences at retail stores, but this is an exception. My husband and I were remodeling our kitchen and bathroom and needed new cabinets. After visiting a few cabinet retailers, we truly appreciated the great customer service experience we received when working with Brent at Round Rock Cabinets Direct! One of the best aspects of our experience was how well Brent communicated with us. He was always quick to answer our questions about the cabinets. He was also very accurate about the arrival date of the cabinets. Further, when we needed him to hold our cabinets a few days because of a delay in our kitchen remodel, he was very understanding. Regarding the cabinets, we absolutely love them!! They are top quality, all wood with soft-close drawers. In addition, I was able to get everything on my wish list in order to have a very high functioning and stylish kitchen and master bathroom. I could not be happier with my new kitchen!! I live in a 30 year old house that had LOTS of improvements to be made. Brent came in, saw tons of issues with my kitchen layout (to include the fact that my sink was not centered under the window, which always drove me crazy!!) He drew up the plan, gave me an estimate and followed through with everything he promised! I practically live in my kitchen now! I love it so much--and that is coming from a person who hates to cook! I don't mind cooking so much now, because everything is so functional and easy to get to! I love my soft close door and drawers. He probably doubled the storage space in my kitchen! To say that my wife expects a lot is, well, an understatement. We're about half way through our remodel, so we've learned a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two. So, when someone gets five stars, it means they probably would get ten stars. Austin has been super great to work with throughout the process on the master bath cabinets. I was honestly expecting a complicated and expensive fix, but they made the entire process incredibly easy. Their team was responsive, professional, and moved quickly to repair the cabinet. Not only did they fix the damage beautifully, but they also went above and beyond by building me a brand new replacement drawer just in case anything happens again. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care really stood out. The craftsmanship is excellent, everything looks as good as new, and you would never know there was ever any damage. I used the website Countertop smart.com, so I was able to insert measurements, get an estimate, and choose an installer easily. Perfect Countertops had good reviews, a good price for installation and a two-week installation date which fit my schedule. Though I am very happy with the finished project, I was frustrated with communication with Elier and delays. The countertops were demo'd on one day, countertops installed the next day and the matching backsplash was installed 7 days later - which delayed installation of the cooktop and faucet. (And increased my anxiety as I had a dinner party scheduled the next day! I never heard the reason for the weeklong delay.) The installation was complete 5 weeks after measurements, not the 2 weeks planned when I scheduled it. So as with all construction projects, allow plenty of time for completion. I would recommend Perfect Countertops if your schedule is flexible.

I asked if he could quote me on a few other colors I had found online that were also Level 1. He first told me I would need to call his suppliers to locate it but the next day he told me he would look into it and get me a quote. After a week of not hearing anything I called one of his vendors that has every color in stock. I texted Elier and let him know but I have been ignored. I owned a glass company in Austin for over 15 years and I am proud to say I NEVER mistreated a potential customer. If I told you I would call you back in 2 days, I called you back in 2 days if not sooner. What happened to good CUSTOMER SERVICE? I would not recommend this company if you want someone that will work with you and give you options.

I'll list my experience below: -padded extra $400 onto quote for sink cut out and new sink which was not discussed during quote process. Luckily I saw that and purchased my own sink (also, they could've used the original sink too, so why add $200 without consulting with the client?) -added extra $40 onto granite removal charge. Quoted me $5/sq ft for removal. -cracked my backsplash and only offered $50 refund, and claimed "they're not responsible for damage" ...what?! -counter top came with scratches and scuff marks which they claim wasn't from them. It was installed in a new home where no one was living, and I saw it the day it was installed. Was definitely them -caused a leak when they removed sink, did not alert me to the severity of leak nor make any attempt to resolve it, which resulted in water piling up in my cabinet for a full day and ruined the bottom cabinets. -did not caulk countertop, so unnecessary open spaces between wall and countertop -damaged brand new cabinetry, also denied that. Sent pictures for undeniable evidence. This company is sloppy and they do not take responsibility for their shoddy work. I cannot recommend this company to anyone considering countertop replacement.

U granites & Cabinets More's product and service are so much beyond my expectations. Originally we had the plan to update the kitchen during the pandemic, Amy came to my house to have everything measured, use 3D software generate the 3D model, made sure everything aligned what we wanted. We didn't pull the trigger due to many factors. The year after, we called Amy again. She came to the house, did the measurement, did the 3D model. We backed out again. This year, we called Amy again. She didn't say anything. Came over again, did the 3D model. We paid the deposit. Finally we started the project. During this process, Amy shows her patience, professionalism and attention to the details. Once the demolition and installation started, everything was organized in such a nice, efficient, and less disturbing way. The demolition was done in a day, and every trash was picked. Amy's husband, Victor, came to the house, with his experience and knowledge, discussed every details I need to think through - We removed two parts of the kitchen area so it brought some variations. He provided the options, respected my choice, and of course, with his knowledge about house remodeling trend, to make sure I have well-educated information. With his experience and knowledge, it increase my kitchen countertop's functionality and usage area. I can't thank him enough for that. U Granites & Cabinets are high quality. If you are not familiar with that market, you will get lost - just like me walking into Home Depot to look at those prebuilt countertop and vanity. I like the cabinet's materials, how it built (those features I probably didn't really think about before). I started with the kitchen cabinets and countertops, extended to the bathroom's vanities . I am very happy about the decision, and much more appreciative what Amy, Victor and other staffs at U Granites & Cabinets More has provided. Victor did a huge favor to me by doing all kind of other jobs along the kitchen remodeling. I tell you, that's another level experience and knowledge from him about house remodeling and how to have those done correctly, effectively and cost-efficiently. Cost wise, I gave you my example. I hired a general contractor who quoted me $14K for all demolition (kitchen and tiles) only. My total cost with U granite (Kitchen countertop, cabinets and demolition) is less than that number. If you come across this shop and this review, I highly recommended at least give Amy a call or stop by at their shop to check out their offering. I would be happier that you do choose them as remodeling partners because I know you are making the correct decision.

David is very personable and gave me a fair pricing for the project. He also took the time to explain the process and was always one call/text away from any questions I had.
