a bathtub and toilet in a bathroom
Brandon H.

They remodeled my shower files and floor tiles. Great service at competitive price. Only complaint is it took few day over estimate but things come up and I understand they can be perfect. The picture of the wall tile wasn't complete when I took photo but you can see it was almost completed.

Ceiling where crew fail through . Never finished

We received several quotes but went with Joy because I felt very comfortable with her and she was easy to work with.

He is experienced, knowledgeable, direct and consistently clear in his communication. He responded and resolved promptly to every question and concern we had and followed through on every promise, guiding the project smoothly from start to finish. We also want to give a special thank‑you to Dennis and Andrea, whose hard work, punctuality, and craftsmanship made a huge difference. They approached every task with care and professionalism, and it truly shows in the final results. Our bathrooms look beautiful, and the quality of the craftsmanship and the finishing exceeded our expectations. It would not have been possible without Anton's hard work, guidance and eye for details. We have heard so many horror stories involving contractors. We are glad we have found Teamwork Home Design and Anton Zisman. Anton made home remodel a very pleasant experience. Thank you Anton for all your help and the extra hard work.

My experience with this company was disappointing. Before hiring, I recommend asking to speak with…read moreprior clients and reviewing completed projects similar to the scope of work you are considering. The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

Here are your options: Pay some clowns to come to your house and measure, then let them tell you…read morewhat they are going to do. Then watch them hire sub contractors and talk you into all sorts of high end stuff you didn't originally want. Ask a question, then wait days for a response while it goes up the ladder. Or, you can call Round Rock Direct. They measure for free, they do a 3d model for you (free), and they meet with you until you are done. The people you meet are the ones who you see doing the work. Brent is always there to answer questions. Brandon is too. No waiting for someone to ask someone. Also, they don't upsell you. They do something that the others don't do: they listen. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Im sure you googled all sorts of estimates like I did. They are less than that. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. We are in the process of completing a kitchen remodel using a design by Round Rock Cabinets Direct…read morewith cabinets manufactured by Waypoint. Our kitchen designer was helpful and courteous, and we ended up with a cool design with a good amount of high-end features (all plywood, 42 inch upper, two lazy susans, big base cabinet drawers, etc.) for our budget. The experience was much more pleasant than our quotes at Lowes/Home Depot, and we got a very reasonable quote. We ordered and paid on August 4th. Cabinets were actually delivered on September 12th. The 5+ week lead time was longer than we anticipated but workable and more of an issue with Waypoint. I was very concerned about potential quality issues based on reading online forums. There were some relatively minor paint problems that we can probably touch up (the promised touch up kit was not included in our sink base, unfortunately). We discovered two bigger problems: a cracked wall cabinet door and a missing gap in the design with no filler pieces to address. The 3.5 inch gap should have been addressed in the kitchen design and measuring process, but, alas, it was not. These two issues have delayed the completion of our project, inconveniencing my family and our install contractor. I reported the problem on 9/14, and we still have not received the corrected pieces as of 9/22. Tracking indicates possible delivery on 9/23. Waypoint claims to have "Rapid Resolution", but 9 days is far from rapid when you are in the middle of a renovation project. I was told the parts shipped on 9/16, but tracking indicates that shipment did not occur until 9/21. I hate to give a negative review, because the people I have worked with at Round Rock Cabinets have been friendly and helpful. That said, I don't feel very good about this situation. After a pretty good start to our project, the communication and resolution of our issues has not inspired much confidence.

I really liked their customer service and the high quality of their cabinets. Unfortunately, as my house was getting close to completion, I flew in to meet in person to work on the kitchen project and they quoted me $66k now. I understand prices are increasing during the pandemic but not nearly triple. It looks like on top of the price increases, they may have counted the wrong number of cabinets needed for the project. I tried to work with them cause I wanted it to work out but ultimately, I would have had to make too many sacrifices to fit the budget such as not doing some upper cabinets and doing open shelving instead. In making these edits, they could get it down to $45k, still double the original quote and with too many sacrifices. If I calculate cabinets, counters, GC work, etc, the kitchen would be well over $100k. For that price, you should just go with a fully custom kitchen company. If I wasn't building a new house, building out a big pool and deck and all these other incredibly expensive projects, I would have liked to go with UB, but their pricing was more than I think I'd worth for semi custom

From design to execution, the team at kitchen central worked well, delivering a functional kitchen to us in much less time that we had anticipated. They showed up early everyday and worked with us to ensure that we were getting our requirements met. When we wanted some enhancements they were quick to adjust. They have an exceptionally skilled team headed by Michael that handled everything from demolition, floor, tiling, plumbing, countertop & backsplash fabrication , drywall & painting to hanging sleek sliding doors to installing appliances and also worked on our lighting which made a huge difference. They delivered to us a breathtakingly beautiful & well functioning kitchen on time and with great quality of workmanship. Our laundry room is a lot more usable with the solutions they came up with. We highly recommend this team for any kitchen remodels. They aim to please with their design and meticulous project planning. This is the most hard working crew we've seen. It was a pleasure working with them, we're happy to give them this review. Moon Valley Nurseries

Moon Valley Nurseries

Outstanding service and value. Wondering why we didn't do this years ago…read more Miles Click was exceptionally helpful.

This fancy-pants "nursery" in North Austin offers financing for your project (or partners with…read moresomeone who does). That should tell you: it's looking for customers with fat wallets. I asked if they were a native plant nursery on the phone and the salesman responded "we guarantee all our plants, so we wouldn't be doing that for plants that won't grow well here." NOTE: That is not an affirmative answer--it's an evasion. Selection is limited to medium to large containers, and well-established trees in MASSIVE containers (those certainly require delivery, I'm thinking). No seedlings or small containers, that I could see. This was a huge disappointment, since I was led to believe I was going to a native plant nursery, and that I would be offered assistance and advice. Neither turned out to be true. This nursery really wants you to buy into letting THEM do the work for your "project," from design to installation to maintenance. If you've got unlimited cash to burn and you want to pay them to maintain their work, go for it! This doesn't feel like a place where you can come as a gardening novice and get advice and ideas--what you're going to get (assuming that someone decides to speak to you while you're there--someone did speak to me in fact, to tell me nicely to move out of the way) is an upsell--or a brush-off, if you're deemed too small-fry to waste their time with you. Of course this impression is formed by a few minutes on the phone where the SALESMAN (not gardener, not plant expert) encouraged me to bring in photos of my yard so they could help with the design, followed by an excited trip to the nursery, and discovering that what's here is mostly large containers, lots of very large trees (get three large trees for only $10,000!), and lots of (I think) non-natives. Don't come here if you want to learn how to do things yourself. If you want full sized trees to plop into the ground and someone to do the work of maintaining them, or you really like the idea of financing an instantly landscaped yard without having to do anything but open your wallet or going into substantial debt--then Moon Valley may be just the place for you.
