$60 full set, coffin . Ehhh
    Caira N.

In town for work. Needed a touch up and wanted a new set. I went to this cute little shop since Polish Mi was closed across the street. I wanted dip but it was clear they didn't offer it. I wanted a pink French tip with a sheer pink base. I'm a coffin nail girl and these edges are not neat and not sharp. Looks like 1 week old nails with rounded off edges. Once I saw how "ehhh" my set was, I just decided to not even get a pedicure. $60 for this C- looking set lol will not be back. I've paid $60 for A+ work WITH dip and tiny design, so this was crazy lol.

Absolutely beautiful, and well done. I appreciate the work they put into the nails!

They take time and is excellent with their work! It seems if they've been doing this for years and know what they're doing!

Nikki did my nails and they were absolutely gorgeous. I walked in shortly after they opened and was able to get right in as there was only one person there getting a pedi. Would definitely return. Very reasonable in price compared to other places I have been.

Edited to add: Nikki's response to this review is enough reason to not bring your business here. What a rude, passive aggressive response! Not only did I hear from Nikki for this review, but I also heard from a friend of hers. Both women have been harassing me for this accurate review of my experience. This place needs some updates. The chairs are all peeling, the floors dirty, etc. My eyebrows were way overdue and Tammy Nails is right down the street from me, so I figured I'd pop in really quickly and get a wax. It was really busy for a Friday afternoon. Like, surprisingly busy. There were two people working and both were working on customers' nails, so I waited for about 15 minutes before somebody could squeeze me in. The woman called me back to the "waxing station", which is very clearly a closet they could just barely fit a waxing chair in. The woman couldn't even get in there until I was laying on the chair because there wasn't enough room for two people to stand. When I say this was clearly some sort of small storage closet, I am NOT kidding. The wax itself turned out well, so I will say that. However, the woman waxing me did make a comment about how I should change my eyebrows to match my hair color so I would "look nicer" (I have blonde eyebrows & currently am sporting auburn hair). Not only was that rude, but the truth is that I use gel to color my eyebrows daily- I just figured I'd leave it off so waxing my brows would be easier for her! I went to pay and noticed that they only accept cash tips. Most likely will not be back unless it's an absolute emergency.

Always satisfied with my results! Everyone is so friendly and they're efficient, can't recommend them more. Would recommend going earlier in the morning because they always get swamped

I went here when my regular nail Tech Cynthia at signature nails was busy. My nails are An absolute mess and I couldn't believe I paid more than I normally do. My nail Tech was a younger gentleman who did not seem to know what he was doing. When he put the acrylic on it was just one giant blob and now there's no structural integrity or Apex to my nails. When he was drilling he did so with no rhyme or reason and was very rough and hit my cuticles. He left glue on my fingers and my coffin shaped nails are super dull. My pointer finger is crooked as well. He also drilled the underneath of my nails so that The glue one tip was drilled away and only acrylic remained. Not to mention At the front of the store it clearly States that all licenses are displayed there were only 2 displayed for the 6 techs working. I wouldn't be surprised if the man who worked on my nails did not have a license because there was not one displayed and the techniques I mentioned above are not common practice when it comes to nails.

Do they do matte nail colors?

Yes matte can be any color. It's just a top coat.

They were able to take appointments for quite a way out, as well as booking appointments for soonish; I booked a pedicure with Tim right before my trip abroad, giving myself maximum time to grow out the ingrowns the last place gave me. Big place, with lots of stations and lots of professionals. Clean, light and airy. The massage chair pedicure stations faced a large flatscreen tv showing the Olympic Games. Nice! Tim didn't give me much time to soak, but was very careful not to cut my nails too short, and not to file them too much in the corners. My podiatrist would approve. Didn't take off enough callus on the ends of my pinkie toes, but that's a hard area to reach. Massage of the feet and calves with lotion was relatively brief, but used a nice lotion that didn't reek of artificial scent, like the last place. Did a beautiful job painting my nails. Fast, efficient, professional, and no pain. I was happy. Afterward, relaxed by the good experience, I asked about a manicure, and ended up seeing Tim's colleague Linh, who was awesome. She told me about gel builder, to armor my weak and brittle nails without damaging them, and I signed up. We left my short nails the color the gel builder comes in -- a nice, natural pink. Maybe now I'll actually be able to grow them out past my fingertips, without them snagging and tearing! I love how strong and smooth they are now, which is helpful in making jewelry! I booked a follow up for a month from now. I look forward to trying out more of their services!

It took close to an hour and 45mins for a service that usually takes 45-50mins max. The person servicing my mom was extremely slow to do her nails because she didn't know what she was doing and this was even confirmed by the owner. Because it took so long, no massage or lotion was included like other customers. The owner and another staff member coming to work in pajamas with extra long acrylic eagle talons for nails was definitely a red flag & I should of seen this coming. The owner was forcing my mom to basically pay $100 for a very sloppy, lumpy & time-consuming manicure. After some time of arguing, she decided to lower it to $75 (still an overcharge) because of miscommunication, and didn't even apologize. The owner was extremely reluctant to see the problem from another person's point of view & stood firm on her pricing with a sense of entitlement. Apparently, she's very proud of the mediocre work that comes out of her shop & demands full payment, even if that means ripping off customers. And never once were we expecting a free or discounted service. We just wanted to pay what was fair for the low-quality that was given. I found them to be very unprofessional, unreasonable, hostile and overall a huge lack of customer service skills. Continuously talking over people in a louder voice doesn't make your claim any stronger or correct. Instead of turning a negative to positive experience to create a repeat customer, the owner opted to give major attitude to a senior customer with broken English, knowing there was a lack of communication on your businesses behalf and that was disappointing. Very ghetto, to say the least. If you're going to charge premium pricing, a premium service needs to follow. No one in their right mind can look at these sad nails & genuinely feel they got their money's worth.

However, price-wise is what will stop me from returning. I do a basic dip manicure (with soak off) every 4-ish weeks. I wasn't going to have time to get to my salon so I stopped in here. (Again, they did a great job so I'm glad I did!) The board said $55, I typically pay $50, no big deal. However, they charged $15 for the soak off, $12 to choose nail polish color (it was $8 for no color) and $10 to shape the nails (just filing them down because they'd grown so long). So $92 before tip. For exactly what every other salon provides in the manicure price. I was just wondering what the $55 covered if not filing and painting the nails? (Cutting the cuticles and adding oil? lol) Again, excellent service but nearly double what I've paid at all other salons. Just check the "add on" prices before you commit to a service.
