During my second visit, the start of my manicure felt a bit rushed, likely because an appointment was about to come in. It wasn't the tech's fault, but I would've preferred to wait from the beginning. I was then seated in the massage chairs until the next available tech, which I understood given how busy it was for a Friday. Once they were ready, both services were done with care. The pedicure and manicure techs really took their time. I'll continue coming back and making this my regular spot. It's clean, looks newer, is reasonably priced, and overall a solid experience.

I was able to make an appt online with a specific nail tech which was so nice and easy :) I chose Lion based off of other reviews - and he was great!!! He's very detailed, clean and precise. He did not rush but was still very quick (just ~1 hour). I personally do my own nails so I'm always looking at shape, size, clean lines/paint - and I was VERY impressed with him. My sister got a pedicure done by the lady who started my water for me and she was not satisfied either as the polish was done poorly.

I could clearly see my natural nail tips through it, and they looked very bad. I again showed the photo of what I had asked for, and the staff doing my nails was upset and didn't understand. Another staff removed the gel that was done, but was clearly upset and in a rush. When filing down my nails with the machine, he cut into my skin on two nails, causing bleeding and cuts.
