The polish I chose was a pink and she put two coats on and I'm outside looking at them and they're so thin I can see the white of my toenail which you shouldn't see with decent polish. Done she just gets up and walks away and doesn't say to stay so long or help you back on with your sandals. I'm not coming back here anymore.

We were prompted greeted by Tina and shown around the spa and to our lockers. In the ladies locker room area, there are showers, a sauna, and a steam room. We got there early so we could enjoy the pool and other amenities. Unfortunately, when we arrived there were hotel guests in the pool, including children. That's not all that conducive to relaxing unfortunately so we didn't get in the water at all. Tina also helped us order a lovely lunch from Capitol Grill and took overall very good care of us while we relaxed and waited for our spa appointments. The services: Both of us had nice services but honestly both felt we had had better for various reasons. My esthetician was good and did a very nice job but I had added on a leg scrub. The leg scrub was great but it came At the sacrifice of the hand and wrist massage you might typically get. My friend's service was good but was slow to start and the provider had some clumsiness issues and dropped items on the floor creating loud noises. The only thing that was really "bad" was the temperature of the atrium area/pool and hot tub area. It was HOT in there. It was so warm in there that we just couldn't force ourselves in the hot tub or the sauna/steam room. Tips: 1. there is street parking, which is free on Sundays 2. When you walk in, go closer to the check in desk to the second set of elevators and the spa is on the 6th floor 3. There is cold water and some cold towels in the Gym on the same floor.

Turns out, the salon I went to previously used MMA on my nails, which is an illegal cheap cancer-causing chemical that destroys your natural nail. Sarah went out of her way to remove the MMA as carefully as possible, and manicured my nails to look healthier than ever before (see picture #1). The gel extensions were applied so carefully and in such detail, they are almost too perfect-looking! I asked for plain white with a cute chrome layer on top (see picture #2). She also is capable of doing INCREDIBLE designs -- probably some of the best designs I have EVER seen on nails. Unsure if I can add Instagram on reviews, but look up @s.eliana23! I first visited this nail salon in 2025 while I was in town for business. I knew I would be in town today with a colleague, and weeks ago I booked matching appointments online so we could both get a pedicure at the same time. I was happy when I saw that the website had an option for "Group Bookings". I went through each prompt to book the two appointments at the same time. I requested Jamia for my gel pedicure with removal, and my colleague was happy to have any artist and wanted a different type of pedicure. When we entered the business and spoke to the receptionist (did not get her name), she told me that the appointments were not booked at the same time but were instead booked back-to-back. I showed her the confirmation email showing it stated the appointments at 3:30pm with two artists scheduled for the two services requested. She said, "Oh, people do that all the time but really just want one appointment for themselves." This made no sense. I explained I went through each prompt on the website and specifically selected two services for two different people. It didn't matter. The receptionist didn't care. During our conversation, I asked if she thought I had booked two appointments for myself; why didn't anyone contact me to confirm? She said, " Well, that's not my job to do that." She essentially said we could wait and do the appointments back-to-back, or we could leave, and she would cancel. The lack of empathy and attitude about the entire thing was rude and unprofessional. When my colleague and I sat down in their waiting chairs, there was trash: an empty water bottle and another that was left half full. Another immediate turnoff and lack of care from the staff. When it was finally time for my pedicure, Jamia got set up. For the entire appointment, she had two earpieces in, and multiple times she changed the music she was listening to on her phone. I know that you offer a 'silent appointment,' and I did not select this option. A positive: Jamia gave a great massage, and I do like the color she helped me pick. The management needs to pay more attention to this location. As someone who works in customer service, I find that your staff lacks basic care and customer service.
