i broke one nail as they had stayed on for 4 weeks (which is already awesome) then I bit and tore the rest of my nails to the point that they were in pain and bleeding. But I headed to castle because I knew it would just get worse. I walked in and got service right away (Thursday at 4:45). Peter was attentive and gentle with my thin and painful nails. I was ready to cringe from pain of just working on my nails I had torn apart but he kept checking to make sure I wasn't in pain. I also never felt judged for my rough looking nails. First time coming into this nail salon, it was pretty good. I was a walk in, they took me in for a pedicure within 20 minutes of walking it, which was surprising as they were super busy and had many people waiting. Since I only wanted a pedicure, it made things go faster for me. Don was super friendly and nice, he gave me a great massage, I got a gel pedicure. My feet were scrubbed, massaged, and callous free by the end of my visit. This was such a great treat. I will say, I usually get gel pedicures for $6 less than what I paid here (not including tip) however, Don made the experience pretty great. I went in to get a fill and a pedicure on Friday May 1 2026. I was greeted by a tall Asian male nail technician. He asked me what service I was having and I told him a fill-in and a pedicure. I then let him know that I did not want gel polish on my nails or toes. He immediately got mad and start signaling and talking in his language for someone else to come and do my nails. I could tell he was very upset and kind of start mocking me. I felt so belittled by this guy. He asked me to move to another station. A young lady ended up doing my nails. The whole time he started looking at me and talking loudly in their language. I felt so uneasy the whole time. Needless to say I did not get a pedicure from this place. I could not wait to leave. I made a last minute appt with any technician for a pedicure on Saturday 9/20/25 and there was barely any wait time even though they seemed busy. The nail salon itself is very updated and clean. They didn't have a nail color selection for the customers like most places do. I was given the wheel and other polish options after sitting down in the pedicure chair. They have so many technicians - I had Don. As I started getting into the chair, he asked me if I wanted anything to drink or if I needed anything. He was very attentive and made sure my pedicure was coming out exactly as I wanted. He didn't push or upsell to the point where I felt like I was being squeezed for money. Chose this nail salon as it seems to be a newer location and has other good reviews. I appreciated the ability to make an appt. online and for the overall clean appearance of this salon, but beware of the overall sanitation practices here. I arrived for a gel manicure and was greeted by a gentleman at the front door who asked me to wait just a few minutes, which was fine bc I was early anyway. He asked if I wanted a pedicure also (I did not). I was given the ring o' colors and made my choice. A second gentleman appeared within a few mins. and whisked me over to a manicure table to get started on the removal of my gel polish. He too asked me if I wanted a pedicure, and again, I still did not. My hands were placed on a microfiber type towel that was quite dirty and stained. I don't know if it was from nail polish or the fact it had been reused on multiple clients without washing, but it wasn't a pleasing aesthetic to start. He applied a paint on gel remover and then used a Dremel-type tool to grind the polish off. The tool and tip were pretty grimy and both could've used a good wipe down. Once he was done he clipped my nails using a clipper he pulled from a drawer that was not sanitized. Once finished, he proceeded to shake the nail clippings off the towel behind him all over the floor! He then asked me to soak my nails in a bowl of plain cold water. Then. he began to cut my cuticles with a clipper that was sitting in what I hoped was a germicidal solution, although the tool was not even fully submerged. Clearly they don't autoclave anything here and use the same tools on every client. At this point the employee next to him began to whisper something in his ear. He obviously was distracted and cut one of my cuticles to the point that it bled even after I left the salon. I asked to wash my hands now, as I pretty much had made up my mind I wanted to go as soon as possible. He said, no, later?! He then pulled out a little piece of gauze looking material from a drawer (not wrapped) and held it to my finger which continued to bleed. Against my better judgment I let him continue to clip my cuticles and told him I did not want any color applied now. It was clear that he wasn't pleased by this, and he started saying something loudly in his own language to the man at the door. I was pretty upset overall by now, so I got up and went to wash my hands. I came back and he wanted to apply cuticle oil and lotion but I refused. After all this occurred, I was charged $25 for this "service". I paid (with tip) and left, never to return again here. read more

in November I had a pedicure and got a fungus on my toe nails.. every since I called the bored of health on them they been acting really weird.. last month I was told by Tommy he cant finish my nails with the design I requested because he had an appointment.. so I had to sit in the really tall man's chair and showed him the design and he told me that cost I told him money ain't never a problem so I didn't like that response so I said just put me a clear pink coat on and get me out of here.. went today mothers day was advised by the lady sitting by the register that she can do my nails just wait 15 minutes and I was ok with that.. then here come a man saying he can do my nails and I told him no the lady is going to do them she was like no I have an appointment..its always some bs when I go now I'm feeling like they are discriminating against me.. remind you I'm a regular and Tommy always did my nails but to be treated like this is so unprofessional.. and I should have never went back after the fungus on my toes incident...lost me as a customer I'll never go back, they want me to get out of character in there read more

I called ahead of time to see if they could do a walk-in and I was told to come in. While they have a lot of nail techs, the place was packed. I was told to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. A nail tech asked me to sit at their station while they went to get swatches. A woman who was also waiting asked when she was going to go back. My nail tech took her back to get a pedicure started....and never came back. I didn't notice how long I had been sitting at the station (scrolling social media), but when I realized I had been waiting, it was about 15 mins. At this point, I put my phone down and take a look around. The salon is a little dirty, the stations are very dusty and I know it from the nails. The whole salon just seemed cluttered and dirty. I don't know if it was because it was the end of the day, I still feel like things should've been cleaner. I was about to leave when another nail tech asked me to sit at his station. I was a little annoyed and quite frankly grossed out at this point, but I needed my nails re-dipped. NGL, so happy I stayed. Tyler did an amazing job with my nails, so much so I am going to come again just to have him do my nails again. Next time I'll come in early and hope that it's cleaner lol. read more

I literally come here every week and some reason today I get crappy service . My nails are literally perfection! The best thing about my experience is that everyone is sooooo nice. This is my 2nd time and I was amazed the first time at how beautiful my nails were. I normally don't like my nails and I'm very picky becaus I have different shapes hands and it takes a special eye to apply my acrylics to my liking. I also want to say thank you to the staff for ensuring i was satisfied. It's literally about you there. No attitude, no rudeness, nothing but 5 star service. My mom and I called in an appointment for two pedicures and one gel tip manicure for me. Our pedicures were decent (the lady who had my mom did a better job than the lady working on me and she put the wrong color on my toes.) When it was time for my manicure they were out of the color I wanted 3 times which was a little frustrating but was fine. She then started shaping my nails without putting the tips on and when I asked her for the extensions she didn't understand what I was saying and finally when I had to show her a picture she said someone else would have to do it and I would wait 4 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and in that time, the other workers took on 3 new customers that came in after me, no one communicating to me when it would be my turn.
