She put me under three different lights put on 56 different coats of polish now I've been getting my toes done for a while and this doesn't seem like regular nail polish Time to go ready to pay I asked what's my total she said $35 I said for a polish change that sound like gel prices. The owner then chime in and says no it's not. I know what you mean about the gel I don't like gel either. Faker than a $3 bill. I woke up the next day and I was missing polished from my whole toenail so I go back in ask the nail tech to call the owner. She did not wanna be bothered. The nail tech was on the phone while fixing what her coworker screwed up. The front of the place say.zin nails wow they are running a whole beauty salon in the back with hair, braiders and hairstylist. That's probably not license, but I will call the state cosmetology board and check into it.. The attitudes, the atmosphere, the prices, the service, the quality all gears, thirsty, unprofessional, on license, uneducated, no hospitality, rundown, and needs to be shut down.

He asked me what service I was having and I told him a fill-in and a pedicure. I then let him know that I did not want gel polish on my nails or toes. He immediately got mad and start signaling and talking in his language for someone else to come and do my nails. I could tell he was very upset and kind of start mocking me. I felt so belittled by this guy. He asked me to move to another station. A young lady ended up doing my nails. The whole time he started looking at me and talking loudly in their language. The only thing I didn't care for was the seating. Salons are starting to go the "waiting room" route with seating for pedis. My mom picked this place because it wasn't too far away from her house. We go there and I'm already skeptical because area but then we go in... the two black young ladies are sitting at the desks at the front and the two Asian ladies and gentleman is in the back... there was only one person getting serviced in the salon. We asked for the next available appointment. The black lady with the very colorful hair states her and her teammate were free and could take me and my mom. I was excited because I had never had a black lady so my nails. 1.) the black lady that took me came from outside. When she sat down the strong aroma of marijuana was so strong that it made me dizzy. 2.) She was not attentive, kind, or customer service friendly... she barley said anything to me. She was twisting my fingers to file. She was extremely rough file using the drill. 2.5) the nails were all different types of thickness. Some were bulky and some were super thin. Didn't notice this until we left. 3.) I got a fill and polish change ONLY. She charges me $60 bucks. I flat out asked her how was this possible because it was a fill and polish... she said "that's my price. I do this as a side hustle. I make my prices". (I literally thought this was a joke) 1.) The black lady with the colorful hair assisted my mom. My mom got a full set, shellac, and a pedicure. She was fairly happy with her nail tech. She was friendly, very tentative, and upbeat. The only thing about her is she took about 2 hours. 2.) My moms nails were about the same as mine. Some thick and some thin. 3.) My mom was charged $25 bucks. (I didn't know this until we left. As soon as we left one of my moms nails (a thin nail) broke. I called the nail salon and asked to speak to a manager or owner. The Asian gentleman stated that would be him. I asked him about my pricing vs. my moms pricing and if the two black ladies were licensed ... he pretended he no longer spoke English. Long story short I ended up calling my credit card company and disputing the charges and won. This shop is allowing no licensed people to work in their shop.
