The online scheduling was super easy and you get a lot of reminders, so you can't possibly forget your appointment. This salon is located in a building with a collection of tiny beauty shops and such, which confused me a bit at my first visit. Once you enter though, just find her suite, which is to in the hallway going left. The suite numbers are listed atop the doors. I am glad to have found her and will certainly be back.

I have had a full face wax before, and I have NEVER been mutilated!!! They kept dipping their wax with the same stick in the same wax pot that was being used for MULTIPLE clients!!!! I added pictures of their mutilation on my face. I originally went in for my eyebrows, they made me feel horribly bad asking me multiple times if I needed anything else, they looked at my face with disgust, and told me I need my whole face waxed. The other "esthetician" kept rudely interrupting telling me the same as well, I felt so awful about myself and agreed, and that is where it horribly went wrong!! I kept telling the "esthetician" the wax was too hot, she said no it isn't, but it was literally dripping off the stick. I noticed she kept using the same stick and kept putting it into the same wax pot that was used for everyone else. I told her it is not hygienic and she told me I was crazy and did not know anything and to mind my own business. I was appalled!!! This is a place that also does bikini waxes!!! If they are comfortable to being that unhygienic with wax for your face, I can only imaging what they do with the wax used for bikini hair removal. Save your skin from being ripped off your face and go somewhere that knows what they are doing.
