This place is close to my house and they always have at least 3 people working. I don't have a particular person I go to as every one has been good. It is kind of offset next to the shell gas station and hotel. They get busy but they move quickly. I never have to wait long and I only get my brows threaded. I see a lot of people get lashes done here. I've been coming here for about a year and will continue to do so. read more

Great customer service To begin with this place is neat and cute. Also it's right next to a Hotel. I was looking for a nose wax and this place offers it. So I decided to give it a try. Moreover The lady that gave me the nose wax really went inside my nose and it hurt a lot.. She notice I had tears coming out and was like are you okay. So I had to tell her she was going in too deep. I was beyond happy with the price and the speed of the service! I had never had my eyebrows threaded before and was kind of nervous. I asked for my brows - which are really thick - to be cleaned up, and she didn't go too thin (which is always a fear). They got me in and out in no time, which as a busy college student is really important! And so affordable compared to where I was getting them waxed in the past! There were a few hairs that were missed in the middle between my brows that I didn't notice until later. Not a big deal for me though. read more

I been a loyal customer here since 08. I haven't been going lately because they have gotten sloppy. I talked to the owner Varsha about it and she said they would be better. Got my eyebrows waxed no problem. Got my lip waxed and all hell broke loose. My lip started bleeding BADLY and Varsha had the nerve to say I DID IT. She said I put medicine on my lip. WHO THE HELL DOES THAT. No apology at all. She started saying that my skin was too sensitive for wax. I been getting this same sensitive lip waxed there since 08. This time I leave hemorrhaging. She tried to put some "cooling gel" on a bleeding lip and said it wasn't going to burn. I KNOW WHAT BURNING FEELS LIKE!!! The VERY INEXPERIENCED worker wasn't using gloves and handling a bleeding customer. Very unsanitary and I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BOARD OF HEALTH. But to add insult to injury ( yes pun intended) they had the nerve to ask me did I still want my lashes done. Yes I do but they will NEVER get done there again. Just lost a long time customer and all the other people that I have recommended to them over the years. read more

I am a regular almost at least once a month or every 2-3 weeks. I go to get my eyebrows and lashes done. Friday August 27th I went in and waited with no problem. I left and my right eyelash was not glued properly so the inner part came unglued. I went the next day on Saturday August 28th to have it fixed and all she did was try to glue it back. In which it of course came undone that same day. I came back on Sunday August 29th to have it repaired and they tried to charge me $10 even when I have a receipt showing when I paid and what I paid. I always tip at least $10. I should not have to pay to have an eyelash fixed that was not done properly and did not last a day. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed in this place because I went there on a regular and I always spoke so highly of them. read more

I stopped by this place for a quick eyebrow waxing and strip lashes. All the ladies were nice and greeted me and everyone that came in. The lady that did my brows and lashes was really nice and made sure I was okay. Brows were near perfect, but she also used threading on me after she waxed my brows and I hate getting them threaded cause I tend to get a few bumps(which I did) every time thread is used on me. And I don't think it's sanitary. Just my opinion. And my lashes were good. I've had better. There was a corner of the inner lash that didn't have any of the glue and I didn't notice till after I left and had to get to my next destination. Probably won't go back, mostly because at the time I was on this side of town and this place was my only option. Maybe in the future I can give a second chance. They do have people that return here all the time. All in all I only paid $18 and for what I got was a good combo. read more

I WILL NOT GO BACK!*yes I am yelling* The current time is 4:38 pm, I stopped by there in the last 30 minutes to get the hair around my lips threaded. Never again! I've been there maybe 5 times; the first time I went January 2017 to get my eyebrows threaded but didn't return cause she (the owner) butchered them. I decided to return this year to get the area around my lips threaded and things went fine until today (and 100% because the owner did the threading). I walked in and the lady that usually does my threading was working on someone so the owner (who was speaking with a lady who had a baby in a car seat) asked what I wanted; I tell her and she guides me to a chair to start threading. As she's threading, I realize she's in a hurry(I should have stopped her but didn't). She finishes and gives me a mirror to see the lackluster results. I point out the areas that still had hair and she threads what I point out (still in a hurry-I know, I should have told her about it), she finishes and gives me the mirror again. I again point out areas and she threads again, but in a more hurried way (if that was possible), she finishes and I get up ", walk to the desk and pay without leaving a tip as I know she has to feel my annoyed mood. I get to my car to get a better look and I decide to go back in. I point out the areas to her for a 3rd time and she threads again; but the wrong area. For whatever reason, she's threading on my lip line. TF?! I get up and leave. I'm sitting in my car and I see my bottom lip is bleeding-3/4 dots of blood. I contemplate going back in but I'm over her at this point, so I don't. She comes outside behind her visitor with a baby and I tell and show her my lip is bleeding and I'm not coming back; I also told her I was going to write a yelp review. She tells me the other lady can fix it. I told her no thanks and leave. It's now 4:55. read more

Terrible !! Do not go . I have naturally thick eyebrows and I came out with really thin ones. I started crying in how thin they were because they'll take forever to grow back and it'll grow back weird. The lady was rude and was going so fast I was out in 5 minutes. read more

When I arrived there was only the lady working and one client in the salon. While I was there (roughly 20 mins), the salon became very busy but shockingly the lady handled it with zero issues and amazing diligence. I was the last person out as I was getting the lost done and she did a great job. She made sure that everything was perfect, even though she was busy, and she made sure every person who came in left happy. She knew all of her regulars by name and by what they get done so obviously she cares about all of her clients. It was a great experience and I will definitely be returning. read more

Was pleasantly surprised by this place! From the outside it don't look like much but the ladies are very talented and professional. I had a good experience there first time i went here but went again this past Saturday and the lady took my eyebrows way too thin after i asked for her to clean them up and keep them thick.! I won't return. read more
